This house couldn't be in a better location, truly just steps from the beach! We really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestions we have are to have a better supply of household items such as toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. The instructions do tell you that you will need to purchase these items however it would have saved us a couple trips to the store to have a better stock. Additionally, the furniture such as beds and couches could use an upgrade for comfort. There is a charcoal grill on the deck but it's rather broken and you will need to bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter, and grilling tools. Overall, I would stay here again because of the location.

The trash under the house was never taken care of. We just left it alone and put all of our trash in the cart by the road. A couple of blinds did not work properly.Weather stripping at back door is hanging off. Hot water in king bedroom bathroom, right hand side barely worked. There were still coffee grounds in the coffee maker.The blender does not work. Water pressure was very low.We had a great stay and loved the privacy. Wish the weather could have been better!Thank you!

We stayed here for second time. We love the location because we like going towards the Fort to fish and it’s only minutes away.

Perfect escape

This property is perfect if you want to escape and just have time on the beach. We go to Fort Morgan to fish every year and this house was in perfect location for us.

Perfect beach house for friends!

The house was located right on the beach with a perfect spot to set up for a sunny day. The kitchen and living room were spacious and wide open for hanging out and cooking! Bedrooms were spacious and comfy!

Amazing vacation!

We had an amazing week! The house and location was perfect for our family! The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the abundance of bed pillows! It’s a great house for toddlers especially with the locking gate on the deck! There were absolutely no negatives!

Everything was nice. It was perfect for what we needed. We had our family of 9. We were able to buy groceries and cook there. Sassy Bass is a must to eat at!!!

This house has been updated beautifully. We come to the gulf twice a year and we would love to stay here every time. The location is perfect. Dealing with Harris properties was a pleasure. Looking forward to returning to "Lega Sea"!

We loved the location of the house-so close to the ocean and not far from the Sassy Bass and the natural beauty of the sand dunes & ocean. We liked the large kitchen and living area-comfortable for all of us to cook, sit, & eat. The only problems were that the outdoor light fixture at the top of the stairs did not work, so it was very dark there at night (someone came but was unable to fix it).

Great Family Vacation Home!

The house was perfect for our family vacation and I would definitely recommend the property. The open concept living space was great and made it a lovely spot to hang out and watch the water, cook while keeping an eye on our toddler, etc. I also appreciated that the gate on the deck was super secure, so I could confidently be out there with our dogs and kiddo. The location simply can’t be beat, we were steps to the water and the views were amazing. Decent array of cooking gear in terms of pots and pans, smart tvs throughout, very clean. We found the property management folks to be very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful house on the beach, newly renovated

Harris Property Managment was easy to work with, good communication through text and emails. They offered extra night at discount rate. House was exactly as pictured with large private beach area and nice deck. Kitchen and bathrooms nice and large. Only issue was inability to lift the blinds, strings all broken off. Will look to rent this property again during future vacations.

Guys fishing trip 2023

My group of high school friends have gotten together and taken a trip every year since high school. It always involves fishing. LegaSea was by far our favorite house and we have already talked about booking it again for our trip next year. The layout of the house and beach access can’t be beat. Parking is a little tight (we all drive full sized trucks) so we had to park a couple of them at the public parking close by. The house was very clean and a BIG positive factor is the double refrigerator and freezers.

Overall a nice beachfront spot

Great location. House was pretty with nice BIG bathrooms...very spacious and clean when we arrived. Nice big, open kitchen. Everything in the kitchen was accessible. Bedrooms were nice and cozy however, be aware that all mattresses in the 2 smaller bedrooms are extremely firm. If you prefer firm mattress sleeping, youll be fine... if, like me, you prefer a little cushion you might want to bring a mattresses topper. Master bedroom mattress was more soft than the other mattresses but a bit lumpy in spots. The floors were a bit uneven and damaged in places but may only be problematic for young toddlers. The views were amazing. Not too close to the neighbors but close to the shoreline. Deck was a great feature especially for dogs and kiddos.

Never again!

I am a STR owner who knows about this business as well as the management business. I am embarrassed for the owners of this house. And no management company can say sorry we r trying to make things better by your comments. Bull. A management company’s responsibility is to make sure these problems do not exist before a guest arrives. And to let the owner know that they need to do bla bla bla before a guest has to give a negative comment. If u would like info on my management company please let me know as this company could learn lots for them. Property was in an awesome area. But here r the problems that need to be noted and should have been fixed many many months ago. Not acceptable by any means! No excuses for this property. Dryer does not turn off when door is opened. So be careful cause it keeps going around. Bad hazard. Also I opened the door because I kept hearing it. Then heard it again! Turning on by itself? I don’t know. Right side of master sink TRICKLES water. Don’t stub your toes on the flooring that is coming up. Ouch! The frig on the right reaks when it’s opened. That little box of soda ain’t gonna fix it. And it doesn’t cool. Moved to frig on left and it’s still not the average cool. Air con is old and most definitely isn’t big enough for the house. So b careful that it doesn’t go out on your trip cause it will. Condensation from it is not good. Master bedroom is warm at night. Bring your own box fan. But on a good note we did have AC the whole
