With direct lake access, a private dock, seven kayaks, two paddleboards, two hammocks, and a backyard perfectly positioned for unforgettable sunsets, BlueBird Sanctuary offers the ideal balance of adventure and relaxation. Game Room: Packed with entertainment for kids and adults alike, the converted garage game room provides a dedicated space for fun, laughter, and making memories together.
