Located above 10,000ft, on Highway 9 only 4 miles from Breckenridge Main Street and Gondola, this updated cabin offers fast, easy access to world-class skiing and award-winning dining. Guests can enjoy the amenities of downtown Breck after a day on the mountain before retreating back to the peace and quiet of this cabin in the woods and warming up in front of the fireplace.

âą Full kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets necessary to make full meals

âą Comfortable living room with vaulted ceilings, a leather couch, two chairs, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace

âą 5 minutes from the McCullough Gulch trailhead.
âą 6 minutes from the Quandary Peak trailhead (please check parking rules and regulations).
âą 10 minutes from the top of Hoosier Pass, featuring sweeping views of the southern valley and the many 14ers located there. Several hiking trails in the area as well.
âą Please note - this property is located directly on Highway 9. Traffic may be heard from the highway, especially if windows are open.

âą The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
âą The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hair dryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
âą There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
