Newly renovated condo and building with excellent amenities open year-round! Experience one of the best locations in Breckenridge and everything the town has to offer from this downtown Village 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo. Ski-in/ski-out, located at the base of Peak 9/Quicksilver Lift, steps from Main Street and excellent shopping and dining. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace (rare find!) or relax on the covered patio.

Condo Features:

âą Located in the Chateaux building, just steps from the Quicksilver Lift.
âą BEDROOM 1, located off the living room, has a king bed, flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom with oversized shower, dual vanities and toilet closet.
âą BEDROOM 2, located off the entryway for more of a private feel, has a queen bed and pyramid bunk (twin over queen), TV and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower area and toilet closet.
âą Living room features a sofa bed
âą Half bathroom located between the kitchen and the entryway
âą Full kitchen open to the living room and dining area
âą Dedicated entryway with storage
âą Wood burning fireplace (fire starters and wood provided)
âą Private washer and dryer are located in the condo. Laundry detergent is provided.
***PARKING*** PLEASE READ:
Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). The entry to the garage is at an angle so oversized SUVS/trucks may not fit. No trailers are allowed in the garage. A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved.

If you are booking during this timeframe, please acknowledge in your booking message that you understand and are aware of this building project. Rates have been lowered slightly to account for this***
Peak 9 is scheduled to close April 13th, 2025.
Simple, contactless check-in and check-out! We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt & pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

> There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
