• Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM
• Absolutely NO smoking is permitted on the premises at all. If any tenant is caught smoking onsite or we get notification from neighbors that a tenant is
smoking, all guests will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided.
• No pets
• No glass near pool
• Children must be supervised at all times
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.
• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.
• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.
• PRIMARY GUEST AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Guests will be given the homes address 24 hours prior to arrival per company policy.
Please note this home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We respect our neighbors and neighborhood. If we receive communication from neighbors or police due to violation of house rules, this will result in early termination of your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

•If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
