Experience the best of Seattle in this 1,400 sq ft townhome, perfectly situated in the sought-after Queen Anne neighborhood. Our home features an open-concept layout with, cozy and modern furnishings, and a private rooftop deck boasting panoramic views of the Space Needle, Lake Union, and the downtown skyline.
Ideally located just steps from the famous Kerry Park, Space Needle + Climate Pledge Arena, South Lake Union, and a vibrant mix of stylish shops, cafes, and restaurants.

âą Garage with room to park one small sedan. Larger vehicles must park on the street (free street parking).

Youâll have full access to the entire townhome. The garage can accommodate one small sedanâlarger vehicles should park on the street. For safety reasons, the garage can only be opened and closed from inside the home, as we do not provide the access code.

For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $150. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $150/each.
**Additional Important Details**
âą The water heater is tankless and only takes a few moments to heat up.
âą Fire Pit: The rooftop fire pit must be attended at all times while in use. Please turn it off when not in use for safety.
âą Grill: The rooftop grill is available, but guests will need to provide their own propane, as we no longer supply tanks due to past issues. Please clean the grill and tools after use, and cover the grill once it has cooled.
âą Garage: The garage fits one small sedan and can only be opened/closed from inside the home for safety reasons, as we do not share the access code. Larger vehicles should park on the street.
âą This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
âą While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
**House Rules**
âą Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
âą NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
