Wow, quelle trouvaille rare, une unité de front de mer face au golfe du Mexique!

Profitez de la brise chaude du golfe dans cette unité d'extrémité Sea Winds of Marco Island. Les caractéristiques comprennent une cuisine mise à jour et une salle de bains principale rénovée, une décoration fantastique, 3 téléviseurs, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Internet sans fil. Nouvelle tuile sur le balcon projeté. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité.

La chambre principale a un lit queen, la chambre d'hôtes a des jumeaux et une salle de bain privée et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon.

The view is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. The kitchen amenities are great. Minor problems were handled immediately. We appreciated the well-stocked beach chairs, etc. We were actually happy there is no screen on the deck, as pictured in the listing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo and location.Everything was clean and kitchen well equipped. Only thing i didnt like was stairs..2 sets and had had to walk around forramp..we sre elderly and disabled so this was a bit muchramp

Everything was great with our stay, plenty of room for 2 guest and you could easily have 4 adults in there as well. Despite the AC going out for around 36 hours it was great. The team was responsive and very helpful during that process.

Loved the 11th floor location, great views all day long, best sunsets from lani. Condo exactly as described. Appreciated all the beach gear. If out and about recommend Red Rooster or Snook Inn. Really nice unit. Great views. Modern kitchen. One very minor thing-it could have come stocked with more than one kitchen garbage bag and a bit more toilet paper. Having said that, it was a great unit and we would stay there again.

Beautiful views of the ocean sunset and inland sunrise.

Great location at the end of South Beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Wonderful balcony looks straight out into the gulf plus around the side. Dining area window has a nice side view of the ocean. Condo is nicely furnished with sofa and 2 recliners, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Nice Beach Condo with Beautiful View

We really enjoyed staying at this 11th floor condo on South Beach Marco Island! Plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). We liked having the balcony screened (less stressful with kids); great views of beach, dolphins, and sunsets (also nice being a corner unit, could also see the sunrise looking out the side). Plenty of beach towels and chairs provided. We loved Marco Island (great for collecting shells) and hope to visit again!

Sea Winds - corner unit

Beautiful beachfront views. Corner unit lets in more light & gives you views all the way up the beach. Kitchen is well stocked (including some condiments which are appreciated). However, it’s so stocked that it leaves no open cabinets for any food guests may purchase. Found it very windy on the 11th floor. Had a few issues that property management addressed quickly.

Beautiful Views!! Fireworks & Dolphins from balcony!!

We stayed for 10 days during the July 4th holiday and had a great time! Condo is very spacious and location is perfect! We have stayed at the JW Marriott in the past, this property is located about half a block away. Got to see the fireworks held on the 4th of July from the balcony as well as memorable experience with Dolphins coming near us in the beach! I saw some negative comments about the cleanliness of the unit, but I can say we had no issues, everything was clean. plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a small cooler with wheels. We also went twice to nearby Downtown Naples for Dinner, La Trattoria is amazing!!! Nicki at Coldwell Banker Realty was great and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!! The Views is what brought me to this unit and it did not fail!!

Cozy Holidays

We spent Christmas and New Year’s at this wonderful condo! Although the first 4 days were very cold, we stayed in and drank hot chocolate and watched Vintage Christmas movies!! It was the best fun. I made soup and the start of our holidays was perfect! The condo is very well furnished and has a well stocked spacious kitchen with all the utensils, pans, etc. that you need. Very easy for two people to be in the kitchen working together with lots of counter space. There were even bar stools!! The living room was also set up very comfortably for the two of us. We walked out onto the balcony numerous times in the mornings and evenings and got a great New Year’s Photo with a gorgeous Halo Moon! The bedrooms were set up nicely with comfy beds and both rooms had their own bathrooms….that were pretty spacious. Loved the shower curtains in both bathrooms! They were beautiful! The only thing that could have been better in the spare bathroom was the water. It never really got very hot. Lots of space in the closets for hanging clothes and suitcase storage. Both bedrooms also had ceiling fans which was great. There were lots of towels for the bathrooms and lots of beach towels! The stackable washer and dryer worked well. There was a storage closet right inside the foyer that had lots of chairs and things for the beach! We love the family friendly beach, lots of shells and lots of room for those who want to play games or set up volley ball nets!! There is a bistro right next door that is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner when ya just don’t want to drive somewhere! We truly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at several other condos at Sea Winds and although they are all nice, this was our favorite! We will definitely stay here again! Beach Wishes and Sunset Dreams, Norman and Jennie 😊

We had a great stay in Marco. We’ve been to Marco several times but this was our first time staying on the beach! The condo was as described and had a gorgeous view of the gulf. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed and there was great beach gear to use. Host was very responsive to questions we had. Would highly recommend. The view alone is worth it!

Last resort

There are so many nicer places on Marco on the same beach. This one is like a lake cottage only dirty. The dishes are hodgepodge, the broken cooler and a smattering of other items hidden in a dark furnace closet. Just not what you expect for $5000. Dust chunks coming off ceiling fan, tub basin almost black with either dirt, wear or mildew. Baseboards very dirty. We messaged and property manager offered to have cleaners come but was not wasting a day of my time sitting until the room nor was I leaving a cleaning crew alone with my luggage after I complained. The dirt was excused as the condo having been busy so there is no time to clean and was told that it was going to be deep cleaned after I left. I guess that’s where my large cleaning fee goes…and my host fee must be for the snarky responses from mgmt when you complain. This is my first ever negative post after 10+ rentals on vrbo. Looking at current reviews (after I already booked) seems it is not just me.

First let me say I was not snarky with you and I offered to send the cleaner back to take care of cleaning behind the toilet and dusting a ceiling fan. I asked you if there was anything I could do for you. You said no. I responded quickly, as soon as you messaged me. The rent was not $5000, it was 3600. The cleaning fee is in line with what others are charging. I explained the owner comes in after you left and she inspects her condo and takes care of maintenance, touch up paint, replacing and updating of items and yes deep cleans the condo. The guests that stayed in the condo right before you loved the condo and commented on how clean it was. You compared the owners choice of dishes to cheap college dorm dishes and you could buy better at Costco for $100. All the dishes are matching unless you are speaking out the few plastic items that we have for people to use on the balcony. You also commented that you didnt like the laundry set up in the condo and I explained it was not like the condo building and laundry room you had last year, yes you rented from me last year too. We communicated on Saturday and said you didnt want me to send a cleaner and I understood that but you messaged me on Easter multiple times to tell me how much this place was not up to your standards yet you didnt want me to do anything about it. You told me you were going to leave me a bad review. This condo is very popular with renters and have never complained about dishes or laundry set up. The unit is half the size of the condo you rented last year and the front hall closet is where the beach items are stored. I could have delivered a new cooler to you if you messaged me about it but this is the first you told me of it.
