La vue du cinquiÚme étage de cet appareil en bord de mer dans les Sea Winds of Marco est idéal pour Surplombant la magnifique plage Cresent de Marco Island avec une vue imprenable sur la plage, au nord et au sud, pourtant assez proche pour profiter de la vue et les sons de la plage. Glorious!

La vue panoramique spectaculaire a un grand balcon avec accĂšs de la chambre principale et aussi du Salon. Toutes les photos prises Ă  la plage depuis le balcon de condo.

Nous louons du samedi au samedi avec un minimum de sept jours. Seules les locations de 7 jours, 14 jours, 21 jours, 28 jours ou plus sont disponibles.

Constamment mis à jour, cette unité spacieuse peut accueillir quatre personnes. La chambre principale est équipée d'un nouveau lit King size; Chambre d'hÎtes a 2 lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bains, de douches.

L'unitĂ© est bien approvisionnĂ© et contient tout ce dont vous auriez besoin, peu importe combien de temps vous dĂ©cidez de rester. Vous trouverez une offre abondante de serviettes, literie, vaisselle, casseroles, poĂȘles, et de l'argenterie ainsi que les fournitures de plage tels que des serviettes de plage, jouets de plage, glaciĂšres et chaises longues. The unit was clean and had everything you would need. We’ve stayed many places over the years and this is probably the most well stocked unit. More than enough towels and lots of spices which was nice for cooking! Many Mexicans on the beach/building so it was fun to observe the different culture and their big families. Many kites with beach music everyday making us hungry for chips and salsa haha.I would just warn anybody traveling to the area this time of year, the bugs were pretty severe. We wore a constant paste of sunscreen, hydrocortisone cream, and bug spray. Day or night, it was pretty bad. We googled and found articles reporting this is the worst they’ve been in awhile. Bring your bug spray!

Peaceful Stay

This was our second visit to Sea Winds 505, and we cannot wait to return for another stay! We love this beautiful condo for its amazing view, furnishings, cleanliness, and location. The hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, manatees, burrowing owls, and sea turtle nests nearby.

Relaxing in Marco Island

Thanks to the owners for sending, prior to our arrival, a very thorough summary of what to expect in staying at their condo. Once we arrived we found it to be beautifully decorated and had all of the essentials that a family would need. Much thought obviously went into making sure we would be comfortable for a week’s stay. The restaurant recommendations were so appreciated. The ocean and pool temperatures were truly like bath water. We would definitely think about another week’s stay next year.

Excellent Condo

We were super happy with our stay! The condo provided everything we needed and had a big balcony with great views of the ocean and sunset. The condo was very clean and updated. It was decorated beautifully. What really ended up being so great was the beach closet by the elevators. It was so nice to drop everything there so we didn’t need to get the room dirty with sand. The wagon and umbrella, along with the chairs were a game changer for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The condo was beautiful and very well appointed. The owner checked in to see if everything was ok and if there was anything we needed, but there really was nothing more we could’ve asked for. The views were incredible. We couldn’t have asked for more relaxing vacation. We did not want to leave.

A piece of paradize

My husband and I stayed for a week. Owners gave us some tips of the island. They were very helpful. We had access to beach chairs and 2 umbrellas which were VERY helpful. Lanai had comfortable furniture and was lovely. I plan on going back!

Great condo to view sunsets

We had a great stay @ the condo. There were four adults in our party with enough room for all. Each bedroom had their own private bath and shower. We used the beautiful patio for breakfast and to watch the gorgeous sunsets.On the property there are new tennis and picket-ball courts. The owner has 4 picket-ball paddles that come with the unit. The four of us used them several times and had a lot of fun. There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The condo is also convenient to other attractions. We visited the Botanical gardens and the Naples zoo. Both are worth a visit. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would gladly rent the unit again.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was decorated beautifully and had a wonderful layout. Even though the square footage is on the small side, our family of 4 had no trouble at all feeling right at home for our week long vacation. The kitchen had every amenity and the beach closet was a dream come true. No need to bring anything but clothes and a relaxed attitude. Communication with the owner was above and beyond! I’m be of the nicest property owners we have had the pleasure to work with! Don’t think twice about renting this dream property! There’ll be no regrets!

Want for Nothing

Want a gorgeous sunset? It’s yours! Want a great balcony with comfy furniture? Look no further! Want a comfy bed? All yours! Want an easy walk to beach? Yours too! Want coffee pods and sugar? Yep, it’s yours! Want great communication with host? You got it! I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful remodeled condo. This condo has everything you need, and things you normally don’t get that are the “little things” like enough toilet paper, laundry pods, dish soap, tons of towels and beach towels, all kinds of outdoor beach items! Thank you to the host for this amazing convenience!

Perfect beachfront condo in Marco Island

This lovely beachfront condo has an amazing view of the beach, and a very short walk. It has everything you would need for a 3-4 person stay at the beach-- beach towels, 2 umbrellas, beach chairs, a wagon for transport, a cooler, and toys! Pickleball paddles included if you wanna head to the courts on site. There's also a shared pool and jacuzzi on site. It also has an equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the cooking dishes/utensils you would need as well as some seasonings and other basics. The freezer has an ice maker woohoo! There are a ton of games to play for days spent inside. The condo is close to many restaurants and stores in the area. The owners of this property really care about their space and their guests! We loved every minute and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely affordable stay in Marco Island :)

We have owned this condo for 15 years and finally took the time to give it a proper renovation from the insides of the studs to the ceilings and floors. Hope you treasure this beautiful unit as much as we do!

Brand New, Total Renovation! The south end of Marco Island has a lovely beach. Next door is the Sunset Grille restaurant in the basement of the Apollo condo building, for a quick bite or drink while watching your favorite sports team.
