The main level has an open living area, bedroom, full bath and patio. The top level features the primary bedroom and bathroom. Private rooftop deck offers a stunning ocean-view. Be sure to check out Rendez Vous French Bakery and Cafe and Five Crowns British Pub.
Immediately upon entering the home there is a flight of stairs to the main living space which consists of the living room, kitchen & dining area, the secondary bedroom with a queen sized bed & ensuite bath, as well as a private outdoor patio. The top floor is comprised of the primary bedroom with king sized bed, ensuite bath, walk in closet, & second out door space with a hot tub.
The unit has washer/dryer located behind the tandem carport along the fence (two spots). The home is just a couple of blocks from the sand & a great place for a family getaway.
