The heart of the home is the grand living area, featuring vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas log fireplace, and luxurious leather furniture. Enjoy a movie night on the 75” Samsung Smart TV with a soundbar. The space flows into a dining area with seating for 10 at a gorgeous stone table, perfect for group meals.

Prepare delicious meals in the chef's kitchen, which is fully equipped for any culinary adventure. Kitchen amenities include:

* Z-line 4-burner propane stove and electric oven
* A full set of utensils, pots, and pans
* Air fryer and blender
* Drip coffee maker with local coffee provided
* Tea kettle with assorted teas

Your days can be spent exploring the area, playing in the lake during the summertime followed by a relaxing soak in the bubbling 6 person hot tub on the expansive deck. As evening falls, gather around the glowing fire pit to share stories. Firewood is provided—just bring a fire starter!

**Sleeping Arrangements & Layout:**

* **Upper-Level Loft:** The private master bedroom features a king bed, treetop views, and an en-suite bathroom. A dedicated workspace with wonderful natural light is also located on this level.
* **Main Level:** Two bedrooms, each with a king bed, are located just off the kitchen, sharing a full bathroom.
* **Lower Level:** A game room with an 8-foot pool table provides a second entertainment space. Two additional bedrooms with king beds are located here, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Our beautiful lake is filling back up and will be at full level by spring. Access to the lake is through our shared “cove” which is across the street from Nee’s Nest. Come during the warm months and enjoy our little beach and access to the lake. It is owned by several homes and not completely private. We do offer 2 kayaks, and 2 stand up paddle boards for your enjoyment. Feel free to bring your own as well! Life Jackets are required when using a kayak or SUP. There are some provided though we do recommend bringing some for the kiddos that fit them comfortably.
