Nice condo on the 3rd floor. It is located on the right side of the property, opposite of the parking garage. Great view straight out, the kids splash pad is below the balcony.

We stayed in this unit for an extended weekend and it was exactly what we needed. It was just the two of us, and this room had everything we needed and it was the perfect location right next door to the Florabama! Would recommend this unit to others. Great view of the beach!

Property was very nice. But our room was disappointing, Dust on everything, food and bottle tops and hair under couch. The kitchen drawers were broken and paint peeled off , the hand towel holder in main bathroom was laying in floor, I put back on bracket but couldn’t use cause screw needs tightened. Tub did not drain, Floor was not clean, we both got black feet when barefooted.

Cozy oceanfront with a view

We had a fantastic 4th of July week in this unit. The view was beautiful, the location super convenient, and the amenities had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, stair access was easy, and the owner was responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Family of 4 - We enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as described. The owner is very communicative and contacted me upon arrival and advised he would be available if we needed anything. The property’s amenities were fantastic and I appreciated the security personnel presence. We had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again.

Perfect beach view. Excellent amenities (pools, hot tubs, beach access walkway). Easy to check in and out. Super nice staff at the condo complex. Kitchen stocked with a wide variety of tools and dishes. Parking is in a parking garage (costs 60-70 for the week). Parking garage is on the far side from the condo but that didn't bother us a bit.This trip was just my 8yo son and I although we had some local friends come play a couple days. Condo was a perfect fit for us!

Definitely a piece of paradise

This was definitely a piece of paradise. It was a great condo. Clean and everything we needed. My son loved the bunk beds and the heated pool. Great views of the ocean. The location was great. We were able to walk to 3 restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Great location!

This complex is in a great location. Close to good food and entertainment! The complex has a wonderful pool and beach service. The condo itself is a bit dated and needed some attention. Spoke with the owner who was more than willing to help! Overall it was a good trip!

Good spot

This condo was just as advertised. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Great location. Easy check in. Fitness center was very dated and limited and seating on patio of condo was not comfortable. Everything else was good.

Great location

The location is great and is the best thing about the condo. Nice view and good pool and quick access to the beach. Condo is good for 2 people but I wouldn’t recommend more. The bunk beds are in the living room. Needs updating especially considering the cost of 3 nights. But we enjoyed it and spent very little time in the condo itself.

Very nice condo

Very nice condo! Everything was clean! The washer would not rinse the clothes. We tried only washing one thing at a time but it still didn’t work. That was my only complaint. Still a great place to stay and would definitely stay in this condo again.

Long weekend get away

The location was nice, however, the unit is very dated. I understand that and I specially for the price not surprised. However, The bed was not comfortable and squeaked every time you rolled over. The kitchen had an infestation of gnats. The owner said best to text him to communicate…when we told him about this issue no response. The faucet in bathroom dripped all night. Not one I would return to. The location was nice and AC worked great. Size good for a couple or coupleWith a child.

The unit was just painted and up dated with new recliners. If the faucet was dripping I was not notified My maintance man would of taken care that and any problems. We have to be notified if there is a problem. I email or call all my guest when they arrive to make sure all is clean amd ok in the unit. We can't help it we don't know the problem. We were not notified. Len Owner

The place was great. We had all that we needed with the unit. We appreciated that there were some extras like salt and pepper and shampoo and soaps and dish detergent.... Our only problem was hearing from our 'owner' about check in. With the hurricane, we were told there would be no check ins. For 2 or 3 days we tried to get in touch but through phone call messages and vrbo messages and texts, it was the night before we were scheduled to check in before he finally got back with us. Other than this, it would have been 5 stars.

If you need a small space for an awesome get away this is the unit for you! Loved that it had the 1/2 bath and the view from the balcony was great! 10 out of 10 recommended!
