Situé juste à côté de la promenade Jordanelle, le Retreat at Jordanelle est une NOUVELLE communauté charmante située à 8 minutes de Old Town Park City et des pistes de ski. Suffisamment proche pour être pratique mais assez éloigné du centre-ville pour apporter paix et intimité, cette maison est parfaite pour une escapade en toute saison! Avec 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains et plus de 3000 pieds carrés, il dort parfaitement 16 personnes.

Louer une voiture? Le grand garage peut accueillir 2 voitures avec de la place pour les skis / équipements. Pour le stationnement supplémentaire, il y a une allée privée pour 2 voitures. Notez que le stationnement dans la rue n'est pas autorisé.

En plus de la maison attrayante, vous aurez accès à la retraite au Jordanelle Clubhouse. Doté d'un centre de remise en forme avec vestiaire équipé d'une douche, d'une salle de cinéma de 15 places, d'une salle de conférence privée, d'un espace de divertissement avec des plafonds voûtés, il ne manquera pas d'ajouter à votre escapade incroyable. En été, une grande piscine extérieure permet de nombreuses activités aquatiques et de natation. Un bain à remous clubhouse est également disponible toute l'année. Great Place!

The condo was very spacious and the 13 of us had a great time skiing, cooking, hanging out in the hot tub, and we all watched a movie in the movie theatre. Would recommend to any group or family looking for a nice place to gather and only minutes from Park City and Deer Valley ski areas as well as downtown.

Fun family 4th getaway

All of it a very easy process. We enjoyed our multiple family stay for the 4th of July. Even with COVID concerns all over, we were able to find things to do and feel safe.

Big, beautiful townhouse that fit our entire group. If we ever go to Park City again, I will certainly check to see if this property is available! Short drive into town with free parking to ski and hot tub to use after for relaxation.

Clean and comfy

Clean, spacious, comfortable and close to Jordanelle Reservoir. Plenty of room for our family of 8 Adults and two littles. The large kitchen was great and very accommodating. Communication with management was a breeze.

This is our second stay

We enjoyed our last stay so much that we’re back for a second time. Location is great to get to all the major resorts. Apres ski in the hot tub was well deserved.

Beautiful, spacious and just what we wanted

Perfect little spot to escape for the weekend, we took our kids who enjoyed the hot tub and theater room. The area is in a beautiful spot in the mountains. Had a large and spacious kitchen to hang out in and eat. Would definitely recommend and already want to go back.

Not what you think

Not very clean and the pictures did not do justice. The furniture and dishes were very used and old and not comfortable at all. The backyard was very dirt and weeds everywhere. The air upstairs would not work constantly and blinds were hard to work upstairs and stuck. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. We never knew of maintenance people came. No call, poor management to see if we were good after our calls.

Sadly this star rating goes both ways. This guest reported that the blinds were stuck in the open position and would not close for privacy. Then later, the guest reported the blinds were stuck in the closed position and therefore she could not open the windows for the cool evening air. When we sent maintenance, there was nothing wrong with the blinds. Then, the guest reported that the AC was not working well. Then the guest reported that the AC was working and they were fine. We still sent an HVAC tech to check the AC and all was working as it should. We made every attempt to respond and assist this guest but nothing was wrong. This is a gorgeous, well kept home with amazing space and amenities and we can't wait to share it with future guests.

Mountain Paradise

Gorgeous home with comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and more living space than you could need. The pictures don't quite show how spacious it is in person. Favorite parts: the HOT TUB and SONOS sound system. The only downside was the hot water heater didn't support the number of people it slept. But overall can't wait to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at the rental it was clean and ready for us. Cleanliness in the days of Covid is a must so we were happy we didn’t have to worry about that. The condo itself is beautiful. We loved the decor. The kitchen is great. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were only four people but the unit could easily sleep 12. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to ski in the Park City area as it was a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Oh and lastly - we all enjoyed the hot tub on the rear deck!

Christmas in Park City (with no Christmas tree)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place! Great location. We drove everywhere and it was easy to get home from all resorts. Enjoyed the hot tub immensely! Great kitchen, plenty of utensils, very big with lots of beds, space. Sofas need replacing. Sagging. We never used the den downstairs as we were gone most of the time. Oven light was burned out as were 4 or 5 ceiling bulbs. Too high to replace. Owner told me no Christmas tree there ( but there WAS one and ornaments) found on the 27th when looking for light bulbs. So disappointed that we COULD HAVE USED THAT VERY SMALL TREE to enjoy Christmas!!! Was told I’d be charged $250 if I left a tree and $50 if we left Christmas decor. We’d planned to buy a small tree with lights but could not take it back on the plane with us..... so we had NO TREE for Christmas!!! Other than that, I do recommend the Retreat at Jordanelle but don’t plan on decorating for Christmas! ( Hot tub does NOT have a lock though you are told it must be locked or fined by the county.)

Family deer Hunt

We had a wonderful time at this property! The kitchen was well stocked for all the baking and cooking we did, and the large bar was perfect for craft time. There were plenty of beds and surplus of bathrooms for everyone, which made it nice. The hot tub was a great addition and was enjoyed by all. Our Only complaints would be that there was no propane tank there, which we were expecting, so we couldn’t barbecue as planned. The shower curtains upstairs were pretty gross with orange mold on the bottom. And the living room rug was made of some hemp-like material that left scratchy fibers all over your pants. It was also torn and unraveled in a big spot and many of us tripped on it. It could have used a little more thorough cleaning because we found confetti, a feather boa, and some animal print paper products around the property when we arrived. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Excellent rental in an excellent location -

Great place, updated kitchen with tons of open space for larger families and company to gather, eat, visit and everything else. Rooms were all nice and the extra space on the ground floor was awesome for the kids.

Weekend getaway

Great place for our extended family of 13. Enough bedrooms and beds for everyone. Amenities were great. Kitchen was roomy and had everything you needed. Grill was handy. Kids loved the board games. Patio furniture was great to hangout in the evening. Great place!! Highly recommended!!

Nice Place Beautifully decorated, Cozy Stay

Really liked the property and location, the one negative was the overall cleanliness, we were uncomfortable with a few things, cleaned them ourselves and enjoyed our stay.

We hire professional cleaning services that guarantee their work and would have returned right away to take care of anything needed. This property was just as described. Plenty of room for 12-14 people, great amenities, and a well stocked kitchen for this nights where you choose to stay in. Will definitely recommend this for anyone looking to visit Park City.

Mostly excellent

1. Parking is a HUGE problem. Suggestions for solving the parking issue (before check-in) would be much appreciated. 2. The house was not stocked very well with essential items such as toilet paper and bath soap. Also garbage bags and paper towel. (We went and purchased more of these items). Also there wasn’t enough kitchen dish rags and there was only one dish towel!!!! - Not good when you are cleaning up after Turkey Day. Other than these two issues - it was great!! We would stay there again. 😊

Thanks for staying with us, Steve. We clearly advertise the parking for this home. There are four spots - two in the garage and two in the driveway. We also clearly advertise no street parking is permitted at any time. This is also included in your check-in information. We would have happily brought more supplies if there wasn't an initial set-up. We provide toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry pods, and hand soap. We'd be happy to host you again any time!
