Deer Mountain ski runs can be seen out of the first floor master bedroom windows.
The rear bank of east facing windows capture private canyon and water views from all three levels!

This townhome is situated in a tranquil mountain setting, but only a 10 minute convenient ride to Park City. The location is ideal for those wanting to ski multiple resorts while avoiding the winter traffic congestion of Park City. We are a few minutes away from the Deer Valley Gondola.

Our Chalet is decorated in a high end European style intended for a relaxing and comfortable stay in any season. Great care has been taken in its design to maximize the natural beauty of the mountain surroundings. The chalet reflects a style indicative of our “far flung” family.

After a day of enjoyable skiing, fishing, etc., come home and relax in a whirlpool tub in the Master Bathroom or sit in the massage chair to work on those sore muscles while viewing your favorite program, movie or show on a new 65” Sony 4K UHD TV in the living room. In the winter months, a heated walkway of heated mats lead from the bottom door directly to the Hot Tub. No more cold toes! Or view sunsets from the Hot tub with your party!

There is even a natural stone framed gas fireplace that can create an air of instant ambiance!

If more activity is desired then challenge friends and family to a friendly game of pin ball on a vintage pin ball machine! There are beautiful mountain views to be enjoyed from the Master bedroom, living room and spacious deck. Unwind with a cup of hot Cocoa or glass of wine on an airy “living room” deck as the day comes to an end while appreciating the canyon and water views and perhaps cooking dinner on the grill.



The entrance hall welcomes visitors into an exquisitely designed space dedicated to providing excellent accommodations in a luxurious space at an affordable price.

This Townhome features numerous upscale appointments throughout the chalet.

The abundantly equipped gourmet Kitchen features granite countertops, all with a tremendous mountain views while cooking. There is a kitchen bar with seating for four.

In the living room, meals can be served around a country wooden dining room table for six. There a is folding table with chairs for additional seating for 6.

If music is desired with meals, then Blue-Tooth your favorite songs directly to the Bose in the living room.

The new 65" Sony Tv is available for your viewing pleasure.

The abundant use of solid knotty alder woodwork, gives a rustic charm to the Chalet.

All 5 bedrooms are roomy and feature thick wall to wall carpeting. Rugs are generously used over lodge style hardwood flooring and tile throughout the chalet.

There is a first floor master queen bedroom complete with a full bathroom. Mountain views of the slopes as well as Deer Crest East night lights can be seen.
The rest of the first floor features beamed ceilings with an open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, grand living room, and dining area. A complete laundry area is adjacent.

The second floor master bedroom is appointed with a massive architectural king size bed with a new 50" 4K UHD Sony TV set for viewing from the bed. Wake up to mountain and water views in the morning! Private doors lead to one of three decks. There is an ensuite private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower with oiled bronze fixtures. The walk in closet has built in cabinetry.

A spacious second floor king bedroom features a solid wood multi-plank King bed, much like an early Italian sleigh bed. A new 50” 4K UHD TV is provided for your viewing pleasure. There is a built in closet for your personnel use. Unique design features include a welcome antique lighting fixture, an embossed wooden Italian shield alongside a chair that survived Hurricane Katrina!

A third second floor queen bedroom is quite airy and large with lovey canyon views. It is decorated with a western style.
These two bedrooms share a full bathroom tub/shower. This 2nd floor bathroom is separate . It has granite counters, as do all of the bathrooms, and plenty of storage.

On the bottom floor, the 5th bedroom has 2 massive queen beds, a new smart TV and its own full bathroom. An original arcade style pin ball machine is there for your open, New Orleanian, “Lagniappe” enjoyment. A coat rack ensures speedy disposal of coats in an effort to start a game! There is also a TV/DVD/ X Box player for further enjoyment or books or games alongside a reading chair. The game room is beside the 5th bedroom with the door leading to the outdoor hot tub!

7 Smart TV's, and wireless internet through out the townhome is present. Every bedroom has a TV.

1000 thread count premium Sheets adorn the rustic style beds. Spa towels as well as soaps, shampoos, conditioner, hairdryers, are examples provided to enhance your stay.

A washer and dryer along with an ironing board and iron are at your disposal. Detergent and cleaning supplies are also provided.

There is attached 2 car private garage for your use.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have installed external security cameras with audio. They are a front door Ring doorbell and an outside floodlight which will light up the driveway at night.

We have a professional team in place to clean and assist you in having the greatest vacation ever!
