The West Campus is available for rental for couples, friends, families, and events. Up to 8 people can stay overnight and day events can accommodate up to 30 people. Lodging is Cider Mill, Creek House, West Lounge, and Granary Cottage. Other facilities include Great Hall kitchen, 3 bathrooms with showers,

Guest access
Wild Thyme Farm is an operating agroforestry and tree farm. Owners live in the main farmhouse and bunkhouse on the east campus.

The west campus is available for rental. Private lodgings for rental include Cider Mill, Creek House, West Lounge, and Granary Cottage. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area is located in the Great Hall, connected to the Big Barn. Three full bathrooms with showers are available.

Spirit Lodge and Hall of Creation may be available for events, larger gatherings and groups. Inquire directly with host for use of these facilities.

Rates and fees:
High Season May - October: $500/night Sun-Thu • $600//night Fri-Sat and Holidays.

Low Season November - April: $400/night Sun-Thu • $500/night Fri-Sat and Holidays .

20% weekly discount. 30% monthly discount.

Please note that a $150 cleaning charge per stay is added to the rental fee. Up to one pet can be added for a $75 fee. For each extra guest over 8 guests, there is a $50 per night fee. Parties and larger gatherings are not permitted unless arrangements are made directly with the host.
