Perfect in Every Single Way!!

I absolutely love this condo. The minute that I walked in the door I just felt a breath of fresh air. I have stayed at the Setai for over 15 years for vacation when I come to Miami since my kids were small. This unit has been remodeled in such a light and airy fashion with white walls and white floors and it really makes a huge difference from the dark decor of the traditional rooms. The beds & pillows are super comfortable. They provide robes in the room. There’s ample closet space for those who are staying for a long period of time. Washer and dryer works perfectly. And the seating arrangement on the balcony is super nice. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the hanging chair. The televisions and the Sonos surround system adds another upgraded element that makes the stay enjoyable. It is so much more modern and updated and that makes a huge difference in feel of being at the beach. The host communication is perfect & they are very accommodating. The view is amazing of the beach and the city. Another thing that is so great is that the water pressure is very strong and the hot water in the shower turn on quickly. Check in was a breeze. Everything was set when I got to the front desk. It was no different than checking into the hotel and they had the keys and all the paperwork ready upon arrival. From a seasoned Setai traveler, if you have the opportunity to book this room, you should do it because it is the best room in the hotel. I hope it is available the next time that I travel to Miami. because it will be my first choice always! A+++++++++

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, the furniture was new and the view was beautiful. The host was so nice and we felt well taken care of. She reached out when we checked in to make sure everything was going well. The whole process was seamless. We have stayed at the hotel many times but this was my first time booking through vrbo--I will definitely re-book and stay here again!

Great condo at the outstanding Setai

We have visited Miami about every 3-6 months for many years. After years of trying various lodgings we now always stay at this condo at the Setai because it's the best we've found. The Hosts are wonderful and their condo and the Setai amenities and staff are all the best in Miami.

Great Condo in Setai on South Beach

This was our second stay with the same hosts in the same unit - clearly we liked it and we were not let down on our return. Southern facing unit high enough for great views of cruise ships leaving the Cut, beach, ocean and best angle for downtown Miami and the storms washing over it while enjoying the sun at the beach. Owners very responsive and all WiFi, TVs, kitchen laundry, furnishings, etc top notch. Can't wait to come back for a 3rd visit!

I've stayed at the Setai before and the location is excellent. The building is a getting a little worn, but it is still 5 stars and I would stay there again. Asta the host was very attentive to our needs during our 8 day stay.

Great Holiday vacation!

Everything listed on the property website is accurate - and more! The owners were involved and communicated early on to ensure a great stay. We cannot say enough good things about them and the condo itself. The accommodations were lively, well appointed and very clean. We felt quite at home and comfortable.

The Most Gorgeous and Peaceful Stay in Miami

This Beachfront Condo at the SETAI, is the most gorgeous and peaceful place to stay in Miami. My Family of 5 traveled to Miami from Pennsylvania and are now in love with Asta and Joe’s condo! The condo was AMAZING and EXTREMELY CLEAN and contained all necessary items needed for an extended stay! The Owners were quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns, which just doesn’t happen! We will definitely be staying again a few months! Thanks much Asta and see you soon! Teresa

Excellent apartment!

As someone who grew up in Miami and lived in SoBe while a graduate student, visiting during the pandemic was very emotional! We visited Miami to spend time with my elderly mother. I’m glad I chose Asta’s property at The Setai, because it provided a peaceful refuge and the opportunity to heal and relax. Asta’s apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable. Asta responded to my questions quickly and clearly. The Setai is a beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities, the food at both restaurants is excellent, and the staff managed to convey friendliness while wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. I highly recommend this property and will certainly keep it in mind for future travels to Miami.

It was everything that we had hoped for!

This was the perfect place to get away and unwind. We have stayed at the Setai before but this was our fist time staying at the private residences. We loved the experience and we loved this home! The view was amazing. We loved having a balcony to return to after a long day by the beach. The view allowed you to see all the way down the beach as well as watch the sunset to your right. It was truly spectacular. I would fall asleep in the swing on the balcony after a relaxing day in the sun. We absolutely loved staying in this residence. The furnishings were modern. It was so nice having 2 bathrooms. We had a great experience working with the owner. She was quick to respond and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again. We look forward to being able to return sometime in the future.
