The home's five bedrooms provide the perfect retreat for your entire group, offering privacy, comfort, and a sense of being completely at ease. Thoughtfully designed for both adults and children, these spaces make everyone feel right at home.

The main floor features three bedrooms, one primary with a King sized bed and two bunk rooms located just off the living room. All bedrooms are conveniently located within steps from the two beautifully renovated full bathrooms on the floor and feature stylish window curtains, area rugs, and either a lounging chair or work desk.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with king-sized beds, a sleek desk for any of those 'work-from-home' moments, and stylish finishes, providing ample space and ideal sleeping arrangements for everyone in your group - no fighting over who gets the master!

Each floor provides its own full-sized bathroom, ensuring plenty of space to refresh and recharge for your entire group. All three bathrooms on the main and upstairs floor feature large, beautifully tiled walk-in rain showers with glass enclosure and a vanity sink with a mirror.

All bathrooms are fully stocked with complimentary hand towels, wash cloths, makeup towels, hair dryers, and premium bath-time essentials.

On the main floor is a relaxing spa room with a sunken hot tub that comfortably seats eight and features recessed heat lamp bulbs in the ceiling!

Just off the dining room is a large front deck with an outdoor dining table, hanging egg chair and stainless steel gas grill. Connected to the deck is also a three-season screened porch with polywood dining table with seating for four. Additionally, through the spa room is a second cozy deck with an outdoor sectional and additional table, perfect for those quiet mornings amongst nature with nothing but coffee and peace of mind.

In the backyard is space for outdoor games, a fire pit area with polywood Adirondack chairs, and a hidden game room! - Tucked on the backside of the house, open the double doors to find a fun bonus space with putting green and outdoor games.

You and your loved ones won't ever be bored with all the amenities that this private community has to offer. Enjoy access to 2 beaches, 2 pools (indoor + outdoor), basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, a splash pad, playgrounds & more! Kayaks & paddle boards are also available to rent from Thursday to Sunday, and must be reserved 48 hours in advance.

Amenity passes are priced as follows (ages 7 and above) and paid for on-site at the Clubhouse:
- Daily pass: weekday $8 // weekend or holiday $10 (per day/per person)
- Weekly pass: non-holiday $30 // holiday $50 (per week/per person)
