A cozy sitting room with smart TV and Sonos sound opens to a spacious lounge with indoor fireplace, dining for six, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with modern appliances, including a gas range island, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and everything needed for home cooking or easy entertaining. The two bedrooms in the main house include a queen guest room and a king primary suite with an en-suite bath. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers and thoughtful touches like plush linens and a hair dryer.
Out back, a private paver patio wraps around a sparkling in-ground pool, flanked by loungers, tropical greenery, and a shaded al fresco dining area. The highlight? Pool Heat:
Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, youâll have the opportunity to confirm if youâd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1000, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $75 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
