For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder, but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.
We conduct regular pest control treatments, but this doesnât eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south, know that certain bugs are common in Georgia, like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one, but if you do, understand it's not an infestation. As a preventive measure, please refrain from holding the front door open for extended periods to reduce the risk of insects.
Lawn service is scheduled for the weeks of the 1st and 15th, sometimes early in the morning. If this timing conflicts with your stay, please inform us at least 5 days before your arrival so we can adjust the schedule.
