Horribly dirty house
The walls, doors etc were all dirty and marked up. Three of the beds had gritty dirt in them - not from us! The “hot surface” light on stove was on the entire time, even though we never cooked. Floor was so dirty that my grandsons’ white socks were grey after only being there appx 3 hours. There were NO wash clothes! We finally found ONE the second day in. ONE for all of us! They advertise a Wii game system but there was not controller! No games! The little drawers under the kitchen sink were disgustingly dirty, and one of the bathrooms had dried poop on a piece of toilet paper on the cleaning brush. Half a roll of toilet paper in some of the bathrooms and same for paper towel roll in kitchen. Hot tub did not stay hot - it kept turning off. My husband knows how to work one, so it wasn’t operator error. There was no stroller, as advertised, and no crib sheets at all! The baby gates were a joke! The gate wouldn’t let two of the guests in, even though they were on my guest list! The bedding was gross and hadn’t been washed. The “game room” was a joke - food ball table had a broken leg so it did not set even - couldn’t even use. The host/s have been good at responses but someone was supposed to come out the next morning and no one ever did, except to fix the broken ice maker. We literally left a day early because no one wanted to shower in that filthy house. Worse stay I’ve ever had.
