âąThis home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
âąPlease note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
âąReservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
âąEarly check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
âąWe do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
âąTo make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
âąWe welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
âïžNo smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
