I`m always available via phone. I like to give my guests the space and privacy they deserve.

There is sufficient parking space on the driveway for 2-3 cars parked in tandem. Street parking is also available, but please be aware of time restrictions, permit requirements, and street sweeping schedules.

Please Note: One of the bedrooms does not have built-in heating or cooling vents. We provide a space heater to keep things cozy during the winter months.
In the summer, the room can warm up a bit during the day, but there is a fire escape door that can be safely opened in the evenings to let in a nice breeze and help cool the space down as well as a ceiling fan.

Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
