* We have street facing security cameras, none are in pool or private areas.
* * We have *decibel* noise monitoring devices to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
* Pets (dogs only) are allowed but MUST be approved in advance. Message us. There is a $500 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
* Pool heating is $100 per night
