When you stay in this home, you’ll have it entirely to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, except for a few locked closets and the master balcony. There's no street parking but there's plenty of space to park in the driveway and garage.

You'll be given a unique code to access the front door and a guest book link full of all the information you will need.
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for you to use, and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials.

From here, you're just minutes from the local grocery store, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, shops, luxury spas, and the Vegas Strip.

We are Dog (no cats please) friendly, and allow most dogs to stay at the property. Please tell me your pet breed age and weight asap. There is a pet fee, your dog must be approved and paid for prior to checkin. If your dog wasn't pre-approved and/or the additional fee was not paid for prior to checkin, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.

Please be aware that we have vendors providing services to the home, and there may be occasions when they arrive during your stay.
We kindly ask you to clean up after your dog; a $200 fee will apply for any pet cleanup needed. Check-out is at 11 AM. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please let us know in advance if you need a late check-out. Checking out more than 1 hour late without prior arrangement may incur the cost of an additional night's stay. Thank you for understanding!

House rule:
* Use the Swimming pool, Hot tub, exercise equipment at your own risk
* Smoke only in the back yard, DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE!
* Pets (dogs) are welcome. We charge a pet fee per dog per night, please ask me how much. We accept dogs over 1 yr old. Let me know asap (before check-in) if you have a pet. Unreported pets will be charged automatically and may be cause for Booking cancellation with no refund.
ATTENTION:
To help assure all local ordinances are followed as required by our business license in preventing unlawful parties, events and other disturbances, we highlight the rules: Parties, large gatherings (larger than our max allowed) and other disturbances will not be tolerated. Thank you for understanding. As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.
1. NO parties of Any Kind Due to the city ordinances, no parties are allowed at the property.
2. NO Fireworks of Any Kind Absolutely NO fireworks are allowed on and around the property at any time
3. NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
4. NO Street Parking of Any Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed.
5. NO more than 6 Vehicles Allowed Due to the city ordinances, only limited number of vehicles are allowed.
6. NO Disturbances Around the Neighborhood This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. Most importantly, NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the Channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund. For your protection, like any hotel, we have security cameras in the front yard and backyard covering the outside premises.
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the guests) are responsible for the safe operation of the Swimming Pool and Hot tub and Exercise equipment and are responsible for all persons using the Swimming Pool and Hot tub and Exercise equipment during your stay.
• Use of Swimming Pool and Hot tub and Exercise equipment during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. Drowning
2. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the Swimming Pool and/or hot tub and/or exercise equipment
3. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the Swimming Pool and/or Hot tub area.
4. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding
5. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the Swimming Pool and/or Hot tub area.
All guests hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend to use the Hot tub, Exercise equipment and entire property at their own risk:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against the owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) to your use of the Swimming Pool and/or Hot tub and/or Exercise equipment.
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that you may suffer or that your next of kin may suffer in connection with your use of the Releasees Swimming pool and/or Hot tub, Exercise equipment and Swimming Pool and/or Hot tub areas to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the releasees.
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the Swimming Pool and/or Hot tub area and Exercise equipment.
