1) This is a newly renovated basement unit (below ground) with private guest entrance. Basement, English Basement, Garden Apartment, Walk-in Basement, whatever you call it, in full-disclosure it is a unit that is partially below ground. It’s still stunning, but worth noting.

2) Being an old home, we have installed sound proofing throughout, but you may still hear the kids running around at times!

3) We recommend reserving a place in NW DC if you are looking to walk to the monuments.

As our guest, you'll enjoy the convenience of free off-street parking, ensuring you can explore the city with ease. If you prefer, there's also free street parking available in our Historic Deanwood neighborhood.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv and custom blackout blinds. The spacious master bedroom has a 12” Queen Zinus memory foam mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with ample seating to accommodate all guests, if you like to stay in and cook. No smoking in the unit. This encompasses cigarettes, vaping, shisha (hookah), etc. Feel free to smoke outside in the yard.
