We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Extremely clean, updated furnishings, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The location was perfect and backed up to the Ocean Winds golf course. The included amenity cards were a great perk!

We had a wonderful stay! The villa had everything we needed and the location was close to Seabrook Island amenities (beach, golf course, pool, restaurant, etc). Updated and thoughtfully decorated. Ann was a very responsive host when we had questions. Thank you for having us. High recommend!

This was a great place for a beach vacation with me, my spouse and our adult son. Location is great. The villa is nice and we enjoyed staying here very much. Just a couple of changes would be amazing. If there were a smaller community pool for High Hammock Villas and if there were capability for golf cart rental to get around the island .We were here for the Seabrook Island Fourth of July celebration and the Friday evening celebration with music, games, food and fireworks was a fabulous family time.

While High Hammock Villas does not feature a private community pool, the nearby Lakehouse and Beach Club pools are available for our guests. Regarding golf carts, the complex's homeowners association strictly prohibits them, which is why they cannot be rented or parked at this specific location. The Sandpiper team truly enjoyed hosting your family for the holiday weekend. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back to Seabrook Island anytime.

Everything was great! Only thing which needs to be put on track is the outside screen on sliding glass door. It was off track and made it difficult to go outside and inside when taking dog out. It is a cute and cozy place to stay!! Great location!!

This is s very nice dog friendly unit. It is well stocked and comfortable. As far as we could tell, it is more than a half-mile to the beach but it was fine. Seabrook is a beautiful quiet place. We had a very nice time. The unit was convenient, easy to access, and well appointed.

The condo was dirty, had holes in the wall. The water that came out of the refrigerator stunk like death. I drank it before realizing that it was bad. The back porch was completely covered in cobwebs, pollen and dried leaves as if it hadn’t been cleaned the entire winter. My son’s bed was dirty. There were big black stains on the bed. The community was nice and close to the beach, but it was not worth what we paid for how dirty the condo was.

We deeply regret the condition of the bedding, the back porch, and the refrigerator water line. We truly wish you had reached out to our on-island team during your trip, as we would have dispatched housekeeping and maintenance immediately to replace the linens, flush the water filter, and clean the patio so you could have enjoyed your vacation. Please know that we are taking this feedback very seriously; we have already conducted a deep clean of the exterior, replaced the necessary bedding, and serviced the refrigerator. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can ensure it never happens again.

Our family of 4 loved our stay! This condo sits right on a golf course which is a pretty view and entertaining to watch for our two young children. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean! Thank you!
