Palmetto Point par Sandpiper | Proche plage

We are glad you enjoyed the property and had a nice stay with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to Seabrook Island on your next trip!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We are so glad you enjoyed your cute weekend getaway house right on the beach, and it certainly is a fantastic spot to experience during the summer months as well. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back to Seabrook Island anytime.

Thank you for the perfect rating and wonderful review, Deborah! We are thrilled to hear you had a great beach vacation with your spouse and son. It is fantastic that you enjoyed the villa's location and had such a fabulous time at the Seabrook Island 4th of July celebration and fireworks. We appreciate your feedback regarding the amenities. While High Hammock Villas does not feature a private community pool, the nearby Lakehouse and Beach Club pools are available for our guests. Regarding golf carts, the complex's homeowners association strictly prohibits them, which is why they cannot be rented or parked at this specific location. The Sandpiper team truly enjoyed hosting your family for the holiday weekend. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back to Seabrook Island anytime.

Thank you for the wonderful 10/10 review, Ned! We are so glad you found the place cute, cozy, and in a great location. Thank you also for letting us know about the sliding screen door. We will get our maintenance team out there right away to get it back on track so it's smooth for the next guests (and their pups!). It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you all back to the island soon!

Thank you so much for the glowing review, Molly! We are thrilled to hear that you and your furry companion found the unit well-stocked and comfortable for your stay in beautiful Seabrook. We appreciate your feedback regarding the walk to the shore; while we love our central location, we want to ensure every guest has a clear map for their beach days. We hope to welcome you back soon for another quiet and relaxing getaway! For your next visit, be sure to check out our digital guidebook for a shortcut path that our regulars absolutely love.

Anthony, we are truly heartbroken to read this feedback and sincerely apologize for the experience you had. Providing a pristine, comfortable, and welcoming environment is our absolute highest priority, and it is clear we completely missed the mark during your stay. We deeply regret the condition of the bedding, the back porch, and the refrigerator water line. We truly wish you had reached out to our on-island team during your trip, as we would have dispatched housekeeping and maintenance immediately to replace the linens, flush the water filter, and clean the patio so you could have enjoyed your vacation. Please know that we are taking this feedback very seriously; we have already conducted a deep clean of the exterior, replaced the necessary bedding, and serviced the refrigerator. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can ensure it never happens again.

Thank you for the excellent review! We are glad you appreciated the location and found the property well maintained. We also value your feedback regarding the outdoor seating area. The beautiful tree canopy on the island can sometimes limit direct sunlight, but we will certainly have our team check on the outdoor space to ensure it stays as clean and dry as possible. We hope to host you again for another wonderful stay in the future.

Making sure our properties are clean and the beds are comfortable is always a top priority for us, so we are thrilled that everything met your expectations. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we would love to welcome you back for another visit.
