Bear Lodge Highlights!

Conveniently located in the cozy little mountain community of Kachina Village, Bear Lodge is your perfect home base — just 10-15 minutes south of Flagstaff off the I-17. Whether you're here to kick back, explore, or just enjoy some good old-fashioned mountain vibes, this is the place to do it.

First Level – Modern-Rustic Vibes + Fun for Everyone

Walk in and feel right at home — warm, welcoming, and full of charm.

In the living room, you’ll find:

Super comfy seating.

A smart TV for movie nights.

A cozy wood-burning stove.

And yes, an air hockey table – game on!

The kitchen is ready for action with everything you need to whip up big family meals, bake cookies, or fire up the grill. But the real star? The waffle bar — complete with a commercial waffle maker, mix, syrup, and sprinkles. Breakfast just got way more fun.

Need your morning caffeine fix? We got you — the coffee bar is fully stocked and ready to roll.

Got kids (or just kids at heart)? The downstairs bunk room comes with a foosball table and arcade game to keep the fun going for hours.

Second Level – Space to Recharge

Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms designed for comfort and a little R&R - each with their own Smart TV and another AC Unit for your comfort. Enjoy the air conditioning at The Bear Lodge — a rare amenity in Flagstaff!

Master King Bedroom – includes a private bathroom and a workstation if you need to sneak in a little laptop time.

Flower Room – features a King bed plus a pull-out daybed with two twin beds (perfect for the kiddos).

Bear Room – snug and cute with a King bed and forest vibes.

Outside – Nature’s Playground

The huge backyard is a highlight for sure! There’s room to run, relax, and have a blast:

A trampoline and tire swing for the littles (or the young at heart).

Plenty of space to play, hang out, or just chill under the pines.

A cozy fire table for s’mores, stories, and star-gazing.

An outdoor dining area perfect for BBQs or breakfast in the fresh mountain air.

Whether you're toasting marshmallows, sipping coffee on the deck, or playing a friendly round of foosball, Bear Lodge is where memories are made and good times come easy.

Other Things to Note

We love accommodating young children and offer a high chair, pack n' play and a baby gate.

We are dog friendly! We welcome up to two dogs, for $100 dog fee, but kindly ask that your dogs not be allowed on any furniture. We also require that your dog(s) be picked up after outside. Our cleaner charges an additional $100 to pick up dog waste.

Up to 5 vehicles are allowed to park at one time on the property

We are unable to issue refunds due to snow or weather conditions. We strongly suggest travel insurance.

Hot Tub Rules: Do not leave children in the hot tub unsupervised. Please rinse off before and after using, and add one cap of provided sanitizer after heavy usage. Please do not leave toys or any items in the water and please put back the cover after use. To top off the water, use the hose provided.
