Bienvenue à notre retraite!
Notre maison loin de chez nous situé dans les montagnes fraîches de Flagstaff. Notre confortable maison à deux étages est idéalement située dans le Continental Country Club à East Flagstaff et dispose de tout le confort que vous attendez de chez vous. La disposition de la maison est unique en ce sens que l'étage se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et que le sous-sol de sortie permet un accès facile à la cour arrière ouverte et non clôturée. Cette maison de 4 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bain soutient le 11ème fairway du parcours de golf Continental Country Club.

Profitez de vues paisibles sur la vue panoramique avec la montagne Elden en toile de fond ou détendez-vous dans l'une des deux chambres familiales / superbes, située à l'étage inférieur. Les enfants, grands et petits, adoreront la salle familiale située au rez-de-chaussée avec son billard, son jeu de fléchettes, ses jeux et sa deuxième télévision de 55 pouces avec Netflix et Amazon Prime pour regarder des films et des spectacles à profusion. La grande salle à l’étage a une cheminée à bois et une deuxième télévision de 55 pouces. Profitez d'un feu en regardant un film ou en lisant un livre. Notre objectif est la relaxation totale et le confort.

La proximité du domicile du centre-ville de Flagstaff permet de se rendre facilement dans de bons restaurants et de nombreuses attractions. Continental Country Club est à seulement 7 minutes à pied avec le restaurant Oakmont et le parcours de golf 18 Hole Championship, littéralement dans votre cour arrière.
Santa's Workshop est à moins de 3 km. Il en va de même pour le centre aquatique Flagstaff, avec sa rivière paresseuse et ses glissades d’eau intérieures. Certains de nos restaurants préférés, Grimaldi, The Pita Jungle, Someburros, se trouvent tous à 5 minutes en voiture.

Vous ne serez pas déçu. Nous avons travaillé dur pour faire de cette maison un endroit où vous serez ravi de venir vous détendre.

Exceeded expectations

This property was amazing!! it was very clean, we loved how large the family room area was and the views. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. One morning we got to see a herd of elk on the golf course right behind the house, that was amazing. The sauna was nice and we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. I even left something behind and John was very kind to mail it back to me. Will definitely rent this home again. We had a great time.

Perfect Thanksgiving weekend!!

We love this house!! This was our 3rd time staying there! It’s big enough for our large family of 14, it’s clean, it’s in a wonderful neighborhood, there are adventures galore for our grandkids!! Lots of places to explore! And a tree-house in the backyard! The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner! The host, John, is so easy to work with. Very attentive to our needs. We all had a ball and will definitely be back!!

Flagstaff Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The views were amazing and the community was quiet. In the early morning and evening hours we saw deer walking the golf course directly behind the home. Golfers do come through during golfing hours and we had one ball bounce on the deck. I would say that is the one thing to watch out for!!! It was well stocked and impressively CLEAN! John was a very responsive manager to our needs. I would recommend this home for an enjoyable stay near town.

What you see in the listing is spot on. In flagstaff for parents weekend, property was perfect for our son and his friends to visit. The kitchen was the best equipped we have stayed in to date. Location was easy to navigate and right by Sam’s club and the mall. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed

Family Gathering in Flagstaff

We had a family gathering at this property. The house was lovely - we enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. The sauna was also used and enjoyed. Very comfortable and well appointed. Great views from the deck of Mt Elden and the golf course. We would highly recommend.

Perfect Family getaway

This spot was amazing! We had family in town from Georgia who had never been to AZ. We spent two nights in Flagstaff and maximized their time with a Grand Canyon trip, time in Flagstaff enjoying this beautiful property, and even hit up Sedona. This location is perfection. The house was stocked and labeled well. Communication with the host was also great. The kids and adults enjoyed the deck, watching golfers, ping pong, darts, cards, a fire, watching deer, and of course the thunderstorms. We would definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic location

We love this home. It is very comfortable for a group. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and best of all is the deck looking at the mountains and the golf course. We love The friendly neighborhood and the location is close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Wedding Weekend

Our family loved staying at this property during our weekend in town for a wedding. The property met all expectations in location, functionality, and appeal. The home was appropriately stocked to support many people during our stay, which was a pleasant surprise that you cannot always take for granted. Our host, John, was very responsive to our travel needs and ensured our stay was everything we hoped it to be.

Perfect Home Away from Home

The property provided the space, sleeping accommodations, setting, amenities and vibe to stay for graduation weekend. Family dinners and conversations with the size of the dining room and living space. Great place in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, golf and shopping. Just as expected!

A great place to rent if you’re on a trip in Flagstaff! No issues or things to complain about. Had a wonderful time with my family and friends. Will definitely consider coming back next time I plan on coming back up North in the flagstaff area.

Spring Break 2024

Lovely property, great area, easy access to highway, shopping, etc. Fun sitting around the fire pit, throwing darts, playing ping pong and shooting pool. There are 2 little things that were difficult, never mastered the oven, it's on the small side and temperature isn't accurate, but if you don't cook, no issue! The other is regulating temperature in the house. If you get upstairs a comfortable temp (70-72), downstairs is freezing. Get downstairs comfy, you are sweating upstairs. But it was very cold while we were here. We enjoyed the things in the home like, great supplies in kitchen, small appliances, cabinets full of games, comfy beds and soft plush bath towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10 family members ranging from 9-69. Recommend the accommodations. Prompt response to any questions and has great suggestions for things to do in the area. Give it a try.

We are the McNarys, John, Heidi, & Jack (oh and Teddy our Maltipoo).
We have worked hard and long to purchase our second home away from home and were so excited to share it with you. We live in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area and love vacationing in the cool mountains. What drew us to this property is the location along with the overall "feel" of the home. We hope you enjoy our home and leave with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Flagstaff because of all it has to offer. The list goes on and on from great restaurants to nearby attractions, you will never get bored in Flagstaff. We chose this house because of it's overall feel. The floor plan is comfortable and spacious. We love the vaulted ceilings and the two separate great rooms. Also, it's so nice to look outside the back of the home and see no fences, just forest and golf course. Plus it is so conveniently located. Everything is just minutes away.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Home is built into the slope of the land and sits below Country Club Dr. The Scottsdale Architect who designed the home, Dwight L. Busby, apprenticed under Frank Lloyd Wright. Busby's design is a perfect example of Organic Architecture following Wright's belief in the harmony of form and function. This unique layout gives you the sense you are hidden in a forest oasis even though you are in a residential neighborhood.
