Natural light fills the home, with large front & back covered decks providing outdoor space to relax with coffee or wine, and entertain in the cool pines!

This 2200 s.f. home deep in the Pinetop Country Club area is beautifully designed inside and out to provide our guests a wonderfully unique mountain experience. At over 7400 feet elevation, the weather is consistently 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix! From the dense trees, lush lawns and landscaping outside, to the open floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and gorgeous 2-story fireplace inside, the owners have carefully created a property you won't forget!

The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with 5 beds including a king, 2 queens and 2 bunk beds PLUS and inflatable mattress if needed to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you'll ever need along with a coffee maker and coffee for your enjoyment. Outside we provide a gas grill for your favorite BBQ

Enjoy leisurely walks or a bike ride in the shaded neighborhood, or head to the state forest just a block away on bicycles provided at the home where you can explore the ponderosa forest for miles and miles! Enjoy golf? The nearbye Pinetop Lakes public course offers great golf and is always in pristine condition. Plan a winter stay and enjoy Arizona's largest ski resort - Sunrise - just 30 easy minutes away! Pinetop also offers a host of great restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques, tennis and pickleball courts, and of course all the open space you could ever want!

1 adult dog (40 lbs max) is allowed - but subject to owner's prior approval. Additional fee of $60/day for a pet required.
