A new home built in 2025, beautifully designed with bohemian warmth and mid-century modern touches throughout. Soaring ceilings, expansive windows, mountain views, and a backyard built for slow mornings and starlit nights. 10 min to downtown Joshua Tree. 15 min to the National Park entrance.

Step outside and it's all yours — a half-acre of redwood-fenced desert with everything you need to fully unplug. Your private outdoor sanctuary includes:

- Cowboy Pool w/ Shaded Gazebo — cool off after a hike or just float and do nothing
- 4-6 Person Hot Tub — soak under the stars while the desert goes quiet around you
- Authentic Wooden Barrel Sauna — sweat it all out, then step outside into the cool desert air or plunge into the pool
- Large Shaded Patio with Dining Area + BBQ Grill
- Hammock Lounge Area
- Fire Pit (smokeless, wood burning) w/ Adirondack Seating
- Lounge Chairs w/ accompanying Umbrella
- Bag Toss

Every stay includes one complimentary bundle of wood + fire starter — your first fire is on us. Additional bundles available on-site for $12 each.

- Security: Outdoor security cameras are located in community-access areas only and face the front entrance / yard of the home. No video surveillance devices exist inside of the home or facing any of the private outdoor amenity areas.
- No Smoking: Entire property is smoke-free (inside and out).
- Max Occupancy: 6 guests per reservation. No additional guests allowed on property overnight
- Quiet Hours: Per San Bernardino County, quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4PM | Check-out at 11AM. Early/late check-in/out must be pre-arranged and may incur a fee.

-- DOGS WELCOME --

- Bring your pup — our redwood-fenced half-acre yard was made for them.
- Dogs are welcome with prior host approval and a non-refundable $75/dog fee (max 2 dogs).
- Just send us a quick message with your dog's name and breed before booking and we'll get back to you fast.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and any damage beyond normal wear.
