Your dream vacation awaits! Welcome to this new fully remodeled gorgeous home with wide water views, large designer open concept kitchen (thermador appliances including an induction/convection oven and huge center island with quartz countertops!) new beautiful designer baths with double sinks, large walk in showers and a soaking tub, primary suite with walk in closet, outdoor kitchen with built in grill, large pool and a brand new dock and new laundry room in Marco Island.
Every last detail of this home has been rebuilt and redesigned in 2025. As soon as you walk in the door, you will see the unbelievable water views from the entire back of the house due to all new glass sliders that showcase the amazing view. This brilliant sun-filled new property boasts 3 designer bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed all with black out shades and new comfortable mattresses for a wonderful night sleep. There is a Graco pack and play available upon request for your little fisherman or mermaid. There are 2 generously sized bathrooms (each with double sinks) equipped with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind in serene comfort. There is an outdoor kitchen/grill, outdoor dining (in addition to indoor dining and center island seating for 4), comfortable pool-side chaise lounges, bikes, kayaks and beach chairs. There is a separate new laundry room with new efficient laundry machines. 2 car garage. Beautiful all new landscaping. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. There is a beautiful park including small and large dog parks, basketball court, kids playground, soccer fields and a small lake one block from the home. Beaches, wonderful restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, mini golf, ice cream stores, boat rentals, and jet ski rentals are all a short drive away. Welcome to Marco Island!

Wow! We loved everything about this property! The new fresh design was beautiful, the warm clean pool, the dock access for fishing, and all the things needed for a quick trip to the beach - just as described. Great communication from the host. Would definitely return!

We couldnt have asked for a nicer place! Beautiful! Very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful clean pool with a view! All the amenities you can think of are provided. Coolers, beach supplies, bikes, helmets, and bike tire pump, ALSO, there's washer, dryer, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We will back amd hopefully stay longer!! Thank you Karen for loaning us you beautiful house and great communication.

We just stayed at this wonderful home for 3 weeks. It is beautifully furnished and the owners are very responsive to questions or any help needed. Mackle Park is only a couple blocks away. The view out the back sliders was exactly as you see in these pics if not even better. We spent our mornings having coffee out back looking at the gorgeous pool and lagoon. We can’t wait to return! Thank you!

The place was very fresh and clean feeling. There was ample outdoor seating and we used it every day. The pool was also great and got a lot of use. The built in barbecue grill functioned great and we used it quite a few times as well. The bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen had plenty of island space for food preparation. The fridge was plenty large for storing everything and there was also another one in the garage. The place had both a drip style coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. All the TV’s were new and also quite sizable which made a good place to relax in the evenings when everyone was done outside. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Not a part of the home but something we found really interesting. When you turn onto the road there are nesting burrow owls that sit on little posts that you can see easily from the road. If you go one road past the place, there was an owl nesting right by the sidewalk where you could get about 3 feet from it as you walk by. We got some great pictures of it. We had a great time and would stay there again.

We had an incredible stay here with our family and would absolutely book this home again.Everything is exactly as shown in the listing—if not better. The home feels brand new, and the recent renovation is top notch. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design and finishes. It’s not your typical rental—it feels like a high-end home that’s also very comfortable and functional for a family.Cleanliness really stood out to us. The place was spotless when we arrived, which immediately set the tone for the whole trip.The outdoor space is what made this stay special. The pool overlooking the wide water view is amazing, and the kids were in it nonstop. One of our favorite parts was being able to fish right off the dock—it gave us something fun and unique to do every day and made it feel like a true Florida experience. Between the pool, dock, and covered patio, we spent most of our time outside.Inside, the layout works really well for families. Plenty of space to spread out, but still open enough to spend time together. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for meals and hanging out after a day in the sun.Location is also a big plus—quiet and peaceful, but just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and anything you need.A few things that stood out:•Spotless and very well maintained•Top-quality renovation and finishes•Pool dock setup is hard to beat•Great for families with plenty of spaceWe didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure

We had a wonderful stay in Marco. The inside of the home was stunning. Lots of room for our big family! The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes, utensils and cookware that you’d ever need. The home had everything you’d need for the beach and pool- beach towels, pool floaties, coolers, umbrella, beach chairs, wagon and beach toys. The outdoor covered patio was beautiful as well as the pool and pool deck. The view of the canal was beautiful- especially the sunrises. My family enjoyed the bikes as well! This house was clean, stylish and close to everything! We’d stay here again for sure!

We are originally from Connecticut but now live full time in Marco Island. We have been hosting on Marco Island for 13 years with top reviews for our beautifully designed homes loaded with every amenity and our outstanding renter support.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The water view is outstanding and hard to match. The house is also a very short walk to Mackle park with many amenities including dog parks, walking trails, a lake, basketball court, soccer fields and bocce ball. There is also a raquet club for pickle ball and tennis. The neighborhood is located in a cul de sac off of a cul de sac so it is nice and quiet and very safe.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The water view is outstanding and is the reason we bought the property. We then did a full gut renovation to make the house as beautiful as the property including opening up the whole back of the house to install floor to ceiling glass sliders which showcase the view. The huge open concept designer kitchen with high end thermador appliances and a huge center island with marble back splash and quartz countertops, convection oven and wine fridge opening up to a large, high ceilinged great room. The entire home has beautiful shiplap ceilings. Bathrooms have large glass walk in showers and gorgeous designer tile. There is a soaking tub in the primary suite as well as a large walk in closet. There is a brand new laundry room, outdoor kitchen, large beautiful pool overlooking the expansive water view and brand new beautiful dock. The home is a fabulous new designer oasis with all of the bells and whistles and with a truly gorgeous water view.
