We are so excited to share our city loft with you! The condo is in the heart of downtown Savannah, GA and within walking distance to most major attractions. You will be just steps away from City Market and Plant Riverside District and loads of restaurants and shops. The loft is fully equipped to meet your every need. It has been beautifully renovated to preserve the original charm of the 1890 historical building. We canât wait to host you and for you to experience this downtown gem!
The Space:
Welcome to the most walkable location in the Historic District! We are so excited for you to enjoy all the luxuries of this centrally located condo!
This luxury condo boats original hardwood floors, high ceilings with exposed ductwork all complimenting a spacious, open living concept. An updated kitchen and spacious bathroom await you! We can't wait for you to unwind in our extra comfy queen size bed or cozy sofa! This will be a vacation to remember!
Enjoy epic street views from our stunning historic windows while sipping a yummy cup of coffee in the morning. You will be just steps away from the Plant Riverside District, Savannah's City Market, and overlooking the famous Broughton Street overflowing with high end restaurants and shops.
The condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The studio style bedroom is an open concept room with curtains that close off the bedroom area. There is a plush queen size mattress in the bedroom. Fresh linens and extra blankets are available. We offer a queen size sleeper sofa for you in the living room with extra bedding provided. An iron, hair dryer, travel size toiletries and make-up wipes are provided.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all your basic cooking needs. A Keurig coffee maker is available with k-cups, cream, and sugar provided.
A full size washer and dryer are stored in the laundry closet. Laundry detergent is provided for you as well as fresh towels in the bathroom.
Enjoy a keyless entry for an easy check-in. Please be sure to refer to our specific arrival instructions.

The Neighborhood:
This is by far the best location in the Historic District! Central and easy walking to all attractions, activities, bars and dining. AirBNB has it geo coded as "yamacraw village". This is not correct. The listing is located in the middle of the historic district on Broughton Street - the main street shopping area.
**** You will be staying directly in the City Center with a vast variety of Restaurants, shopping and bars just footsteps away. The weekends, can get a bit lively, so if you are a light sleeper, we have a box fan in the bedroom closet. It does a great job drowning out what most consider typical city noises.
Getting Around:
Multiple public parking garages surround the block and District with metered spaces that are available all day. The street parking is free from 8 pm to 8 am and on Sundays. Public transportation maps and schedules, including free shuttles downtown schedules and stops available via web by searching "CatchaCAT" which is the Chatham Area Transit website.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the condo is located in the heart of downtown. With that comes some city noises that you may not be accustomed to. We do provide a sound machine and a box fan to help drown out any noises. We do try to make guests aware that Fridays and Saturdays can be loud due to our close proximity to Savannah's night life. If you are a light sleeper, this location may not be best suited for you.
PARKING:
This is a hot topic and one we want to make sure to assist with. The Chatham Transit Authority runs free shuttles throughout the downtown area. If you do bring a car, we have many convenient and affordable options in the neighborhood. The following should help:
Street parking is available for free from 8PM - 8AM and free all day Sunday (make sure to take note of any restrictions street sweep cleaning. This can be [aid for though the ParkSavannah app.
We also highly recommend utilizing the Robinson parking garage. The address is:
