Magnifiquement décoré, une chambre, un appartement de bain situé au coeur du quartier historique. De beaux murs en briques apparentes accentuent l'ambiance de ce bâtiment historique avec toutes les commodités modernes. Situé à l'intérieur d'un immeuble sécurisé sur Broughton Street, au cœur du quartier commerçant, ce fabuleux appartement d'une chambre vous attend, vous et vos invités. Un long couloir mène à la cuisine où vous trouverez tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et une cuisine entièrement équipée prête à l'emploi. La cuisine a une salle à manger et est adjacente au salon, où vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de T. V. ou tout simplement vous détendre après une longue journée de visites et de shopping. Équipé d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse pleine grandeur pour rendre vos longs séjours plus pratiques. Une chambre joliment décorée vous attend en fin de journée. King size, équipée d'un matelas très confortable et de draps fins, et sans fenêtre, cette chambre est l'endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Exploring Savannah

Stayed here for a couple days after being in Charleston and then in the Riverwalk District. Loved the easy walking distance to everything, and especially loved the darkness of the bedroom … slept like a rock!

Beautifully renovated space in a historic building. Location is perfect for shopping and site seeing. The parking deck diagonally across from the building is convenient but we never needed to access the car over our four day weekend.The common areas of the building are showing their age and could use updating. It definitely has the historic feel and somewhat musty smell that comes along with it. One of the elevators broke down the day we were leaving.The condo does not allow pets but there are pets in the building. First two hours we were there a dog was barking nonstop but we never heard it the rest of our stay.Considering everything, I would recommend the condo for couples like us who were looking for a carefree getaway.

Wonderful Spot!

Highly recommend staying here! We were in town for a show at the Civic Center. Parked our car in the parking deck close by upon arrival and didn’t have to drive anywhere until we headed home. Such a great spot and so many places in the area to walk to including River St. The host checked in via text to make sure everything was okay. The bed was comfy and the room gets so dark so I slept GREAT. Would definitely stay here again.

This location was a great option for our two-night stay in Downtown Historic Savannah. We wanted the option to park and not drive again for the trip, and this location offered that. We walked everywhere, enjoying the squares, restaurants, and River Street. Everything was clean and well-appointed in the location. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The host was very accessible, quickly responding to inquires and answering our questions. The location felt secure. Parking was not a problem since there was a parking garage about three minutes away, walking. One note that is important to make if anyone will be using the living area for sleeping as we did with our children utilizing the pull-out couch. This in no way reflects on the condo or the host, but it is worth knowing beforehand. The location's windows face the Congress Ln alley. This alley faces the rear of other businesses. Directly across from the location, looking out the windows, is what appears to be a third floor residence. That residence has an open-air deck. When we arrived and looked out the windows, it was noticed, though no one was using it. We could see outdoor furniture and bottles on a table. At about 3:30am during our stay while sleeping, our children were awoken to the inconsiderate and excessive music of the residents of that third-floor location across the alley. It was very loud and went on for over an hour. Simply worth knowing as a drawback for staying downtown here.

Beautiful Loft, perfect location

This loft was amazing, beautiful and right in the middle of everything you want to experience in downtown historic Savannah. Paula was wonderful to work with and an exceptional hostess. I highly recommend!

Prime location in Savannah

An excellent, clean and well appointed apartment in the heart of Savannah within walking distance to all the city has to offer. A spacious place with a very comfortable bed. Paula was great to work with, providing detailed instructions and useful information in advance. I def recommend checking this place out !

Great Place in the heart of EVERYTHING!

This happens to be one of the best Airbnb Condos we've ever rented. Clean. Nicely decorated. Within a 10 minute walk to pretty much any restaurant you want. And Paula...she's amazing!!

Comfy and convenient location

The condo was very nice and clean. The king bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in when traveling! The location was right around the corner from the City Market and within walking distance to pretty much everything. We only grabbed our car to go to Tybee for a quick trip. Highly recommend.

Great location

We were in Savannah for a wedding and it was a great location- close to the ceremony and reception .The condo was as described . Bed was very comfortable and plenty of closet space . Kitchen had everything you needed although we didn’t cook Restaurants and shops all around and close enough to walk to River St . Easy to get in and out . I was surprised to see so many homeless people around but I guess that’s the cities issue . Owner was very responsive to messages . Now for 2 things I would say are the cons - parking is about a block away in the deck so if you have alot of stuff you should drop off at the door and then go park The weekend was quite noisy at night -one night lots of people walking down the hall coming in were very loud . The other night there was an argument across the hall which went on for about an hour , walls I guess are thin and bedroom is right near the door . As we were checking out other people on our floor made same comment . Not the owners fault but there def should be some quiet time reminded to all guests Despite that I would def stay here again

This Condo was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding that had 3 different events. We were able to walk to everything within minutes. Itvwas very quiet and comfortable. We hated to leave. We will definitely book this location again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on W. Broughton Street! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of downtown Savannah and one block- easy walking distance to City Market Savannah, with plenty of shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars nearby. We were in town to see the Savannah Bananas play, and this was the perfect home base for our trip.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in because Savannah parking can be tricky. We parked in front of the building and for overnight we parked in the parking garage about 3 blocks down - it's an easy walk. The building felt secure and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah — we’d definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! We walked to everything! The condo was beautiful! It was clean overall, but could’ve stood a closer look in the bathroom. We had a great time and found our favorite coffee shop down the road. However, a starter of coffee in the condo would’ve been appreciated! Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

My husband and I started our honeymoon here and it was great! Awesome location- easy access to broughton street, river street, and many popular squares and sites. Unit was well equipped very clean and comfortable.
