Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and the large fenced backyard. Enjoy use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor space. Check-in is contactless via smart lock, and detailed instructions will be sent in advance.

The Loop Haus is located in a quiet residential pocket of South Austin. While the street is modest, the home itself is a gem—beautifully remodeled and thoughtfully styled inside and out. You’re close to all that makes South Austin special:
- 10–15 minutes to South Congress, Zilker Park, and Downtown
- Nearby local favorites like Jo's Coffee, Cosmic Coffee, St. Elmo Brewing, Radio Coffee & Beer, The Yard and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue
- Close to Central Market, Sprouts, and several local taco joints and coffee shops
- Easy access to the airport and main highways (Ben White, MoPac, I-35)

Getting Around:
The Loop Haus is just a few blocks off Ben White Blvd (290/71), making it easy to reach downtown, SoCo, or the airport in under 20 minutes. You’ll find plenty of free parking on the driveway and street. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are also widely available in this area.

Other Things to Note:
- Quiet hours are from 10 AM – 10 PM
- No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed
- No smoking or vaping indoors – a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance
- No Saturday check-outs

We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone (pet fee applies):
- Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older... One (1) well behaved dog under 30 lbs
- No dogs on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds.
- Clean up after your dog – please pick up all waste before checkout.
- No cats allowed.
- A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.
