Austin Stock Show

We were in town for my granddaughter to participate in the stock show. This location was perfect because we were able to go back and forth without having to be in a lot of traffic. The home was very nice, clean and in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Our only issue was with the internet, which the host was able to fix quickly once he was made aware of. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a family

This home is in a quiet neighborhood not far from Austin and conveniently located less than 20 minutes from the airport. We appreciated the nice dining table, kitchen and washer/dryer. The three bedrooms upstairs worked well for our family and we always found parking right out front. We plan to stay here again!

Great for a couples vacation

Overall very impressed with the property! It is about 30 minutes from downtown so that was a bit frustrating, but the house and amenities were perfect. We had everything we needed to have a nice getaway weekend in Austin!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

This is a perfect place to stay if you want a quiet setting yet close to all the action of Austin. You will not be disappointed and the host is very quick to respond.

Great place to stay for me and my family! We came in for a football game while Mississippi state played Univ of Texas. We had a great time and the house is wonderful!

COTA Getaway

This was a nice and clean home about 15 minutes from the Circuit of Americas. We went to a race and it was an easy commute. House was clean and well appointed. Would stay again.

Close proximity to COTA

Nice home in the back corner of a neighborhood that turned out to be very quiet. House is appointed with minimal kitchen supplies but was in good functional order. Owner was responsive to our requests.

Amazing

We were in Austin for the wedding of my niece. The beautiful home is beautiful and super comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We were 15 min from the Airport and 20 to downtown Austin. The house is super comfortable and more beautiful in person. It is one of the most beautiful vacation properties that I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend it! Communication with the owner was a 10+. Amazing!

Tranquil retreat

We loved the cute little neighborhood and our daily sunrise walks along the neighboring fence to greet the cows. The home was a perfect retreat for our family - provided us a restful and comfortable place to decompress in and around Austin activities. Loved the flan and burritos at the nearby Supermercado. Luis was responsive to requests and quickly provided for our needs.

Graceful Casita

There were two adults, sometimes 4, and 1 infant 1 years old and a 7 year old in our group. The house was really perfect for our group. We fixed a lot of meals at the house and even used the grill once. We did 4 loads of laundry. Everything was in great working order. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay!

This property was perfect for our long girl’s weekend trip. It’s exactly halfway between Waco and San Antonio, so a great location to take day trips from. It’s pretty close to Austin as well, so easy to get downtown also. We loved that it is located outside of the city in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. Do keep in mind, that it is a bit of a drive to downtown, but we really enjoyed the scenery. The house itself is spacious and comfy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and everything was decorated nicely. The ice maker in the fridge was broken, but Luis made us aware of that before we arrived and also left a bag of ice for us in the freezer, we thought that was very nice of him and greatly appreciated as it was SO HOT this time of year. He was great to recommend restaurants and he promptly answered any questions we had. We would love to come back to stay again sometime!

The owners were fantastic--best communication I've had with a short term rental. Some reviews complain about no grocery nearby, but there is a Mexican Grocery Store right around the corner that has absolutely everything you need--in fact their meat counter is way better than the typical HEB. We used the house to attend a Longhorn Football game and it was a straight shot down MLK to get to the stadium. Again, the hosts were extremely responsive and were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Good value for the price

This place was nice and clean and we had great communication with the owners. They even recommended some good restaurants for us. The only downside to this place is it is pretty far from everything - we had to drive 20 minutes to even get to a grocery store and there were no restaurants in the neighborhood. If you don't mind that, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had some issues with the AC and the dishwasher but I trust that those are being resolved. Overall it was a good value.
