The best parts of a hotel and Vrbo combined. This charming and very clean unit has a great location and Mike couldn't have been a better host. Will definitely be coming back as I didn't want to leave!

This was a great find - walking distance to all Huntington Beach tourist attractions and most importantly the beach. The apartment was clean, easy to access and quiet. Mike was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The bed is super cozy too. I

Really enjoyed our stay at Mike's place. The studio was well appointed and all amenities were as described. The bed was very comfortable, shower was hot, and the entire place was very clean. Location was perfect and made walking Huntington Beach very easy. Would recommend and will definitely stay again!

The studio was absolutely exceptional. We’ve stayed on Balboa Island several times and now we will ALWAYS stay at Mike’s when we come to visit our family.The studio appointment was lovely. The location is perfect! Close to everything yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Mike was an excellent host! We travel, just the two of us, and are absolutely grateful that we found this beautiful stay.We highly recommend this property and hope Mike only selects high quality people that will truly appreciate every detail Mike has carefully thought of for his guests.
