Except for a few off-limit cabinets and closets, guests will have the entire home to themselves.
Accessibility: Whether entering from the garage or front door, there are a couple of steps to enter the house. Guests will have to utilize stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms. Two master suites with full bathrooms and a half-bath are located on the main floor.
Continental Country Club is one of Flagstaffâs premier neighborhoods with mostly older, quality designed, well kept, single family homes. The neighborhood has convenient access to restaurants, groceries, and Continental Golf Club amenities (some require membership). This neighborhood is great for families that just want to get away and relax. Continental Country Club is also perfect for the guests that will be on the move because you can easily access trails and major highways for adventures near and far.
Continental Country Club is located in the Eastern portion of Flagstaff, convenient to I40 (west to Williams and the Grand Canyon, and east to Winslow), Highway 89 (North to Sunset Crater, Lake Powell, North Rim of Grand Canyon, and South to Sedona and Verde Valley), as well as Highway 180 to Snowbowl. NAU campus lies to the West about 7 miles (10 minutes). Fort Tuthill County Park (Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, Bike Park, Pepsi Amphitheater, Overland Expo, Rodeo, County Fair, etc.) is located to the west about 10 miles (12 minutes), and Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is just across the I17 (Freeway to/from Phoenix) from Ft. Tuthill County Park.
When you stay here, you will probably want a vehicle to get around. Guests can have up to 4 vehicles and there are 4 off-street parking spaces between the garage and driveway. Taxi and ride share options are available, but can be limited sometimes.
We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well. You can get a hold of us via AirBnB messaging , text, or call.
We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation with more than 8 adults. This is not a party house đ
Guests are allowed up to 4 vehicles. The home is in a cul-de-sac and street parking isn`t really a option. Between the garage and driveway, the homes has enough space to comfortably fit 4 regular sized vehicles.
After booking you will be sent a link to your online guest registration form. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.
We collect the following information during registration;
- All adult guests: Names
- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID
- Vehicle information
City Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. There is plenty of off-street parking spaces available, please try to only utilize the driveway and garage. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 7 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.
About 3 days prior to your check-out date, a $300 security HOLD will be placed on your card on file for any damages or incidentals found after check-out. This hold will be automatically released about 3 days after check-out, less any charges.

#1 â Shoes Off
âą We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!
#2 â Pets
âą For the consideration and safety of our cleaners and future guests with allergies please do not bring pets onto the property. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#3 â No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
âą Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests
âą Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 â No Parties
âą Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!
#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
âą If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!
#7 - Check Out is 10AM
âą Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We canât stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.
#8 - Lights and Electronics
âą We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
