The property is very nice and is in a beautiful country setting. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The 2-mile dirt road to get there is a bit of a negative. The only other thing I would change is that there is not enough common area seating in the main house.

Amazing home and location. We were never bored and beds were super comfortable! Even saw a beautiful pair of elk down the back trail. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing property with all the amenities

This was a fantastic spot to stay in that is a little off the beaten path but perfect for a getaway. We were in town for a wedding and stayed here with several other couples. Accommodations were great and house was well appointed.

The location was great for our group of families. Access to town was convenient. The playground, games in garage, and access to the trails from the backyard was awesome for entertaining kids. The house plus the guest house was a perfect size for us. And, they were in good condition and clean.

Secluded getaway big enough for a extended family

House was clean and the description was very accurate. James was very prompt in his communication. Family really enjoyed this vacation and having a good house was a key ingredient for it.

Great house

We were up for a long weekend with family and this house was a gem. Plenty of room for large group, quiet location (saw elk roaming in early am) great comfort and setting! When it monsoon poured, we retreated to garage game room to play. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property!

We had the best time at this property. We had 13 adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very well stocked and very clean. We really enjoyed playing with all the games in the garage each evening. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! Can’t forget to mention, I loved the smell of the pine trees and fresh air in the mornings.

Best Cabin ever

We have stayed at a few different cabins throughout the years and this one has been by far the best cabin we have stayed in. It is very clean and it has everything you need from all your showering needs to snacks and wine. Very Welcoming. This cabin has it all a great view! Very cozy! We will definitely be coming back and we highly recommend it!!!!

Great location close to town

Can't say enough good things about our stay here. We had a family of 16 stay here and had plenty of room. The house is very well kept and has lots of activities for the kids. While it's close to town, the place seems really secluded which was a great feeling to help get away from it all. The hose was responsive to any of our questions. Will definitely be coming back to visit here again. Could not recommend the place more.

Great Stay!

The Pink Ponderosa was the perfect place for our family reunion! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend. The garage/game room was a hit and primary gathering place for everyone to hang out. James was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend it and would rent again.

Fantastic property in the trees! Great owner!

Stayed 3 nights in June 2023. Main house and guest house were so clean and luxurious. Felt like a brand new home. Lots to do on the huge property. Close to everything in Flagstaff but it’s a secluded cabin in the trees. James was very nice, communicative, and easy to work with. Very happy with our stay.

Great Getaway

This stay was absolutely perfect! All amenities are available, houses were stocked with everything you need. Accommodations were perfect for adults, teens and kids. Tons of entertainment games etc and patio furniture everywhere with firepit. We absolutely lived our stay as we do multiple family getaways yearly. Highly recommended and James was great with communication. TY for sharing your beautiful houses. Five star stay!

We had an amazing time. The place was big a spacious, enough room for everyone to be comfortable. When we weren't out and about taking advantage of all the activities, we were enjoying the play room in the garage. Everything from ping pong to pinball machine to shooting hoops. The kids really enjoyed it. The backyard play ground was also entertaining. This house has everything you need and then some. The kitchen was incredible with a large island and completely stocked with everything you need.We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning in the future I highly recommend this property

Great for family staying together for a wedding weekend

Nice big kitchen and good combination of bedrooms. Outdoor space and games in the garage were very popular with our group. The bunkroom (Bearizona) is pretty small with no closet for hanging clothes. It was a little tight for a couple with two elementary school age kids. They did fine and enjoyed having the room close to the open area so they could put them to bed and remain with the group. The Guest House worked out well for our group. It is not too far away to walk after enjoying the evening with the main group. No closet in the Snowbowl room but we used the Master Bedroom for our wedding clothes. The electronic lock worked great and opened at the time promised.

The house was gorgeous! The neighborhood was quiet and secluded. All you can hear is the wind through the trees! Great outdoor spaces and a nice playground out back. Well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and seat all 8 at the table. The grill worked great and we even cooked s’mores by the fire pit. The guest house is an extra bonus! Great for our newlywed son and his wife on the trip. We could have fit way more than 8 people with the 6 bedrooms between the house and guest house. Lots to do in the area. We even made the 4 hour trip to Zion. Worth it! Sedona is only 40 minutes away. Beautiful day trip. Went to Williams and the train to the Grand Canton. Amazing and fun. Went on ATVs in Munds Park down the road. Great 4 hour trip. Flagstaff is a fun little town with great things going on the weekends. The host was very accessible when needed for a few questions. Again, what a great house for a wonderful family vacation!
