Pool Heating: Available upon request.

Children: Must be supervised at all times.

Parties or Events: Not permitted at any time.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or outside the home.

Pets: No pet is allowed.

Overnight Guests: Only guests listed in the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Any visitors must leave the property by 10 PM.

Furniture & Property Care

Please do not rearrange furniture.

Patio furniture must remain outside.

Indoor furniture should not be moved outdoors.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Cleaning service is performed biweekly. It can be extra charge.

The home is on a septic/well system:

Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper.

Do not use chlorine in the system.

Pool & Outdoor Area 🌴

No glass or breakable tableware is allowed in the lanai or pool area.

No grill or open flames are permitted anywhere on the property.

Security & Safety

The property is equipped with video surveillance for your safety:

A video doorbell monitors the front entrance.

Two exterior cameras monitor the pool and water equipment on both sides of the house (24/7).

One camera above the garage door monitors the driveway and front yard.

There are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your complete privacy.

Damages & Penalties

Any damages must be reported and paid for before departure.

Violation of house rules may result in a $2000 fine.
