Wonderful place - clean and private. Had everything we needed.There were six of us and more than enough towels, dinnerware, beds...everything.Communication with Barbara was great. We will definitely request this place again.Had a wonderful time.

My family and I had an amazing time at this cozy home. Has all the amenities you could possibly need for vacation. We would definitely love to go back. The neighbors and locals are very friendly. Went to 4 beaches, all within 15 min or so. The sand was different at every beach. So beautiful. The host is very friendly and communicative. Absolutely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this relaxing and charming house at the end of a quiet cul de sac and right on a lake. The location is close to everything and the home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Communication with the host was outstanding and the check in and check out process could not have been easier and smoother. Thanks Barbara for hosting us and for your fast and friendly responses and instructions. Your house is beautiful and the outside pool area was amazingly relaxing.

Great place

We had a great stay here. Had enough room for all of us to relax and enjoy some family time. The pool was a huge hit for sure. The location had a great view and close to everything. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

All I can say is, WOW! We had such a great stay! Everything was wonderful! The Bathrooms were beautiful, pool was amazing, kitchen perfect.. We would for sure stay their again!!

Wonderful trip!

We loved this house. Our kids couldn't get enough of the pool; it was hard to get them to do anything else! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place with great views and very clean and cozy home. Stacked up with everything you might need. Would recommend it. Only one thing is, cameras pointed at the pool made us feel uncomfortable.

Was very relaxing and the pool is awesome

The house is gorgeous and is decorated so nice. No problems with anything. Was just what the doctor ordered - just relax regroup and vegetate.

This home is everything it says it is. Spent a month there and it quickly made us feel at home. Pool was walk in warm. Pool area filled beautifully with seating, new grill, loungers, table and chairs, and plenty of pool toys. Plenty of indoor eating areas with great views of the pond. Plenty of bedrooms, with plenty of beds. All very comfortable. Was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella for use. Owner was quick to reply to any questions and had gardeners and pool cleaners there weekly. I highly recommend this home. Great for families or lots of guests.

CLEAN and spacious house. The host was excellent and communication was great! We enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The house and pool were perfect for our group. The kids loved being in the pool most of the time. If we weren’t at the beach they were in the pool. The house was clean and had almost everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet location and street. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house is at the end of the road next to a large pond. We loved seeing an alligator that would come visit us everyday. He never came out of the water. He seemed to be scared, but interested in what was going on at the house. We would definitely recommend and rent this house again. Thanks

Very comfortable house!

The house was very comfortable and homey! The owner was extremely attentive when I had a small problem with the air conditioning. She had a service person out immediately to rectify the situation! I would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely Amazing!

Our family had an amazing week - this was the perfect Florida vacation home! The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, very comfortable, and had just about everything you would need for a week long stay! Barbara was wonderful, quickly answering any questions we had. The house is located in a larger neighborhood off a busy road, but is nestled in a perfect location that you are secluded with a beautiful pond/lake(?) on one side - perfect for viewing Florida's wildlife! Definitely recommend!

WOW!

Loved everything about this property! Location was spectacular - very quiet with a beautiful view of lake, but a close drive to restaurants and grocery. Pool was a nice size and very warm with plenty of towels and floaties. House was spacious and very clean, with lots of little perks - great selection of seasoning for cooking, plenty of cookware and dishes. Communication with host was easy. I rent a lot and this was the best by far.

Beautiful home with amazing lake view with crocodile. We stayed as a family in this house for one week and we really enjoyed it. Very clean house with all things you need for a comfortable stay. This house has everything for going to the beach, chairs, sun umbrellas and a beach cart. Very cool and clean pool with a cozy patio. Quiet and safe area. 20 minutes drive to Siesta Key. Close to Costco and Walmart. There is a nice and clean grill. I highly recommend this house to everyone and hope to return there more than once!

#1 Paradise niche, that won’t disappoint!

Great location, cul-de-sac, quiet, and absolutely best spot in the neighborhood! Lovely pool home with everything you would need! Good fishing in the lake, just steps away from the house. There were a few issues, considering we were one of the first renters but the property mgr addressed very quickly. Only suggestions would be addressing the slick lanai tile near the pool, leading into the home. Also, updating the tv service so there would be access to local stations, and ability to watch sports. Easy access to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!

Winter escape

Nice property in a quiet residential community. Our favorite thing was the spacious lanai overlooking a small lake. The bird watching and sunrises were amazing! Also appreciated the proximity to Oscar Scherer State Park and the Legacy Trail (although neither is directly accessible from the neighborhood). The house has many nice features but is showing signs of wear and tear: some stained furniture and rugs, broken floor tiles, musty cupboards. Also, although generally clean, we had to do extra vacuuming and scouring when we arrived to get it up to our admittedly high standards. If you have fragrance sensitivity, you might want to let the host know in advance. There were over a dozen air fresheners plugged in all over the house when we arrived. The host was quick to respond to questions/concerns.
