Great house and host!

We loved the house! It was in a wonderful neighborhood and location. The host was amazing and very accommodating ! The house was FULL of everything that you would need for a get away. The kids had their choice of games and toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essential items, plus more! The garage had multiple beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, pool accessories, and other items to help make us comfortable during our stay. The pool area was amazing with a hot tub that was so relaxing. Over the years, we have stayed in many vacation homes and this one was by far our favorite. The worst part about our stay was having to leave! If all works out, we will be back next year!!

Calm relaxing getaway

Very quiet neighborhood. We used the Heated pool and hottub a lot. It is about 15 mins to the beach. Lots of shells and some shark teeth. Shamrock park and nature center only 5 mins away. Nice trails there. And pickle ball courts. The house was very clean nicely decoratex.

Loved everything about this home!

This home was truly extraordinary! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Lots of areas to be together and to hide away. The salt water pool and spa were beautiful and very refreshing. There is privacy screening around the pool which created a sense of being the only ones in the area. The beach is a 13 minute drive away with stores in between. It's wonderful to go to the beach in the morning and come back to the pool and grill your dinner. 4 normal size cars can fit in the driveway. There are beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, beach toys, and more. There's a closet with games and children's toys. You really don't need anything. If you have any doubts about this home, don't. You will be happy you booked it. We plan to stay in this home again in the near future.

Superb Stay Once Again!

Great house in fabulous location! So well stocked with everything you need to make your stay most comfortable. From kitchen items to towels and linens, to bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, absolutely eveything you need is there. Home is spotless when you arrive and the Hosts are most responsive and helpful. I have stayed here twice and will most definitely stay again on our next trip to Venice!

We loved this place! Screen in porch, back deck, great floor plan, and lots of room for our family to spread out. The best stocked place I’ve ever stayed. Quick response every time I emailed with a question. Clean and cute decor.

Wonderful Gem!

We really enjoyed our night in South Venice! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and the neighborhood! The house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable! So many great details that were very much appreciated! 10/10! We will definitely plan to stay again next time we are in the neighborhood!

This has been the best beach house we have stayed in! The house was clean, had a lot of supplies we never expected. it had instrumental music, water and snacks upon our arrival. The beds were comfy! Absolutely perfect!

Dorcia and Mac are wonderful hosts and have perfected the VRBO game! They went above and beyond to ensure a great vacation! They have everything labeled and super easy to find, were very quick on communication, had a very clean home, and even provided good quality essentials (toilet paper, paper towel, pots and pans, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, etc) I will absolutely recommend this to others and be back in the future!!

Perfect getaway

I could not have been happier with our stay. WHEN we go back, I know all I need is clothes and food. Everything else you need is already there. The host checked in to make sure we did not need anything, she even got my daughter a birthday ballon- it was the reason we went. The kids loved the pool and the hockey table. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. There is so much you can do. I can’t wait to go again.

Great time in Venice!

The house is lovely and very welcoming! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The owners were very easy to communicate with and they made sure our needs were met, including a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. It had been cold in Florida prior to our visit, so the pool was a bit chilly, but we got in it anyway. Future guests should be aware that rules have changed and renters are no longer allowed on the ferry to the private beach. We learned that early in the week, so we explored other local beaches and they are beautiful! Downtown Venice is something to see as well!!

Beautiful home

Freshly remodeled, beautifully painted and decorated. Nice deck with table, chairs, a grill and pool. Kids loved the pool. House has several sitting areas with smart TVs (remember to bring your streaming service passwords!) Owners were great! Very responsive to email questions, checked on us after a windstorm and arranged with us to come and clean the leaves out of the pool. Not pushy about it and waited for us to give permission to take care of the pool. This property has access to a private beach with ferry leaving every 30 mins. Private beach is way less busy than the public beaches. Ferry does not run on Wednesday so go early in the week if you can. You will want to go several times. Don’t let the lack of reviews scare you. It is a new listing and freshly renovated!

Quick weekend family visit

This is the best property we have ever rented from VRBO and the other guys. the house was clean, extremely well equipped and updated very nicely. the back yard was unexpected with the pool and hammock and sitting area. The communication with the host was outstanding. They really did think of almost everything. the only comment we had was we could not figure out the coffee pod maching. we put the pods in, pushed the on butted; some lights blinked and then nothing. perhaps leaving directions would be helpful...or check it out to be sure it's working. but there was another coffee maker and thank you for having an electic kettle; as a tea drinker only, that was wonderful for me to have! along with the stash of coffee, teas, sweeteners, etc. it was just a fabulous stay.

Somewhat difficult review to write as it was not a perfect fit for us, not because of the property, but because of the activities we choose to enjoy. Host was clear and accurate with arrival information. The house was very well stocked and very clean. It had all been updated in very good taste. Beds great, bathrooms clean and well stocked. Lots of things we did not need, like bikes, above ground pool, air hockey, covered lanai. WiFi was easily accessed and fast. We were not able to access local TV, but there were lots and lots of streaming channels and streaming live sites available. Kitchen was well equiped, and hosts provided snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine, which we did not use. The longer we stayed, the better we liked the property. The location was close to the things we came to do, golf and dining. Really enjoyed the Venice pier. The only negative was the older neighborhood. But the neighbors were quiet and did not seem to mind us as visitors. It would be a great choice for a small family with active kids. All in all, I have to give it five stars.

Paradais Awaits!

Simply blown away by cleanliness, great decor and amazing guest service with top notch amenities. The devil is in details and details, Dorota and Mac delivered! Want a few snacks along with bottled water as soon as you enter so you don't have to think dinner right away? Check! But if you are in the mood to eat something local, a tastefully designed plaque on the kitchen wall will list all the best places. How about a game of Jenga or Table Hockey ? Check! Great bath amenities? Soft linens and even Iron w/Ironing Board? Check! Check! Check! They even thought of lanterns for those nights power might go out associated with Florida's severe thunderstorms! Our one somewhat of a concern before arrival was the above ground pool, and that didn't last long. I'm 6"5 and easily had enough space to have fun with wife and two teenagers. We honestly want to give it more than 5 stars. Thank you Dorota and Mac for your lavish hospitality. Rest assured, we are planning to come back!

My husband Mac and I have recently made our dream of living in paradise come true. We have moved from NJ and love it down here. We love sharing our homes with our guests and aim for perfection. We have put or heart and soul into setting up our rentals and we hope you will love them as much as we do.

Beach Time Villa is perfectly located, close to all the shopping, dining and the wonderful Gulf coast beaches. Shamrock Park & Nature Center is in walking/biking distance and the S Venice Ferry is .5 mile away (only available on 30+ day rentals). The house is newly remodeled and tastefully furnished with new furnishings, quality linens and fluffy towels. The main living area is sunny, opened and spacious, which is perfect for gathering and spending time with your family or friends. There is a family room with a sleeper sofa and a TV. The game room has an air hockey table, extra seating, and some other cool games to play. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms for privacy and features it/s own master bathroom. The screened lanai is a perfect spot for some coffee or drinks. The back yard has an above ground pool and a wooden deck with a table and chairs great for family dinners. There is a hammock for relaxing or reading a great book and an extra bench for hanging out....

The house is spacious, bright and charming and perfect for spending time with friends or family. We have created many sitting areas, inside and outside so that everyone can find their favorite spot.
It is tastefully furnished and decorated, with modern furnishings, has all new mattresses and it is very well stacked with good quality kitchen items, bed linens, towels, toiletries, beach towels and gear, pool floats and 2 beach cruiser bikes. We supply, plenty of toilet and towel papers, laundry detergents and cleaning supplies.....
