Welcome to S. Venice, Florida, also known as the shark tooth capitol of the world. Come, relax, unwind and enjoy life in paradise.

This beautiful, newly updated home is located 1.4 miles from Shamrock Park & Nature Center. This wonderful park offers biking, walking trails, a playground and basketball courts. We provide 4 bikes for your enjoyment.

Our home features 1,725 sq ft of indoor living space, an open floor plan, plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 Smart TV's, 1 in the living room and 1 in the family room. The family room has a sleeper sofa, which converts to a Full size bed.

The game room includes an air hockey table, magnetic dart board and jumbo Jenga blocks. There are also, some board and card games in the hallway closet.

The 55inch Roku TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu and the 43-inch smart TV in the family room (Netflix), log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

The outdoor space has an above ground pool and a large deck. There is a gas grill for your use, 2 pool loungers, a dining table, seven chairs, and a hammock. The enclosed lanai has a wicker couch and two chairs perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and has its own spacious bathroom and walk in closet. The King size bed has a brand-new comfy mattress.
The other 2 bedrooms (K & Q) are on the opposite side of the house and share the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion).

A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request.

The kitchen is fully stacked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Enjoy coffee your way (coffee pot, a Keurig, a French Press & a milk frother.
We provide all beach gear including: 6 beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, cooler bag, beach bags, a sand sifter and beach toys.

Superb Stay Once Again!

Great house in fabulous location! So well stocked with everything you need to make your stay most comfortable. From kitchen items to towels and linens, to bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, absolutely eveything you need is there. Home is spotless when you arrive and the Hosts are most responsive and helpful. I have stayed here twice and will most definitely stay again on our next trip to Venice!

Quick weekend family visit

This is the best property we have ever rented from VRBO and the other guys. the house was clean, extremely well equipped and updated very nicely. the back yard was unexpected with the pool and hammock and sitting area. The communication with the host was outstanding. They really did think of almost everything. the only comment we had was we could not figure out the coffee pod maching. we put the pods in, pushed the on butted; some lights blinked and then nothing. perhaps leaving directions would be helpful...or check it out to be sure it's working. but there was another coffee maker and thank you for having an electic kettle; as a tea drinker only, that was wonderful for me to have! along with the stash of coffee, teas, sweeteners, etc. it was just a fabulous stay.

My husband Mac and I have recently made our dream of living in paradise come true. We have moved from NJ and love it down here. We have also been wanting to host and share our homes with others. We have both been managing and repairing real estate properties for a long time. We have put or heart and soul into setting up our rentals and we hope you will love them as much as we do.

Beach Time Villa is perfectly located, close to all the shopping, dining and the wonderful Gulf coast beaches. Shamrock Park & Nature Center is in walking/biking distance and the S Venice Ferry is .5 mile away (only available on 30+ day rentals). The house is newly remodeled and tastefully furnished with new furnishings, quality linens and fluffy towels. The main living area is sunny, opened and spacious, which is perfect for gathering and spending time with your family or friends. There is a family room with a sleeper sofa and a TV. The game room has an air hockey table, extra seating, and some other cool games to play. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms for privacy and features it/s own master bathroom. The screened lanai is a perfect spot for some coffee or drinks. The back yard has an above ground pool and a wooden deck with a table and chairs great for family dinners. There is a hammock for relaxing or reading a great book and an extra bench for hanging out....

Welcome to your home away from home, The Beach Time Villa is centrally located in the heart of South Venice. This is a great area for biking, walking, jogging or sprinting.
The house is spacious, bright and charming and perfect for spending time with friends or family. We have created many sitting areas, inside and outside so that everyone can find their favorite spot.
It is tastefully furnished and decorated, with modern furnishings, has all new mattresses and it is very well stacked with good quality kitchen items, bed linens, towels, toiletries, beach towels and gear, pool floats and 2 beach cruiser bikes. We supply, plenty of toilet and towel papers, laundry detergents and cleaning supplies.....
