Thank you so much! 😊 We're so glad we could help make your stay a great one. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to Crested Butte again soon!

Thanks so much! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and felt it was a great value. We’d love to host you again next time you’re back in Crested Butte.

Thanks for the kind words! We’re glad you enjoyed the area and that the hot tub was the perfect post-hike treat. Hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for the review! We're so glad your family enjoyed the condo and that the bunk room was a hit with your daughters. It sounds like you packed a lot of adventure into your trip, from camping and mountain biking to horseback riding and exploring downtown Crested Butte! We're also happy to hear you enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, and that the on-site laundry came in handy after eight days of camping. Thank you for the feedback about the screen door. We'll have our maintenance team take a look and give it a little TLC. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the lack of air conditioning. Most homes in Crested Butte don't have A/C due to our typically cool mountain climate, but we're glad the fans helped keep things comfortable during your stay. Thanks again for staying with us—we'd love to host your family again on your next Crested Butte adventure!

Thank you for staying with us, Ashleigh! We’re glad you had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle access, kitchen, and two bathrooms. It’s a great setup for mountain days. We’d be happy to host you again.

Thanks so much for the great review! We’re glad the space worked well for your family and that the kitchen and shuttle access made things easy. Sounds like you had a nice mix of walking and riding to the lifts. Happy to hear the kids enjoyed the movies and that the hot tub became part of the nightly routine. Sorry about the pool closing during your stay. Unfortunately, another guest got sick in the pool, and when that happens we’re required to fully drain, clean, refill, and reheat it for health and safety reasons. We know it’s a bummer, especially for the kids, but it’s all part of keeping things safe for everyone. Glad you had a great time in Crested Butte. We’d love to host you again next time!

Thanks for the detailed feedback. We appreciate you sharing it. We’ve reviewed the listing to double check accuracy, and the bed in the primary is a queen. We’re sorry for any confusion there, especially since that was a deciding factor for your booking. On transportation, you’re correct that First Tracks does not service this property. The condo is on the free public shuttle route, which typically runs about every 30 minutes to and from the resort. It sounds like you experienced a reduced schedule during your stay, which can happen occasionally, and we’re sorry for that inconvenience. We’re glad the unit otherwise suited your needs and appreciate you calling these items out for future guests.

Thanks for the feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and building, but we’re sorry the setup and follow-through didn’t hit the mark for your stay. The towel count and coffee setup should have been correct from the start, that’s on us. We appreciate your patience while we got additional items over to you, but we agree that should not have required a request. The door code issue is not typical, and we’re glad we were able to get that resolved during your stay. The TV issue unfortunately came up suddenly and required a specialist from outside the valley to replace equipment, which took a bit longer to resolve than we’d like. That has since been fixed. Regarding checkout, we do include instructions in the welcome guide, and we also send a text the evening before letting you know there’s nothing to do but enjoy your stay until the last minute, no chore list here. That said, we’ll take a look at how that was communicated to make sure it’s clear and easy to find. We appreciate you sticking with us while we worked through a few things, and we’ll be tightening up these details moving forward.

Thanks so much, Renee. We're happy to hear the Three Seasons exceeded your expectations and that our team was super responsive when needed. If anything ever looks out of place, just call us. We're here to help! We appreciate your review and will share your comments with our team!

Thanks, Eric! We are happy to hear you enjoyed our services and accommodations. We are not currently advertising the property with a hot tub; it is closed indefinitely for a major replacement. In the meantime, we are working on a temporary hot tub to be installed by the indoor heated pool. Contact us for more information, or look for an update in the listing, Thanks again for your feedback and we hope to host you in the future.
