Idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme, la maison offre une maison de vacances de haute qualité, entourée de terrasses ensoleillées donnant sur la vallée de Sóller et vers Port de Soller.
Un vrai bijou où se détendre toute l'année, habillé en blanc et doux méditerranéen avec des sols en pierre de Majorque.
Tv satellite avec quelques chaînes internationales, nouveau dock pour iPod Bose.
Chambre avec lit de lit typique majorquin bois, king size et nouveau matelas. Linge de haute qualité.
Superbe salle de douche avec des détails en pierre et la colonne de massage.
Belle cuisine italienne blanche combinée avec surface de travail en pierre. Eh bien équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, y compris Dolce Gusto cafetière, lave-vaisselle, ...
Entouré de terrasses meublées avec: une table en teck belle et chaises sur la véranda par le grand barbecue grill, sunlonguers en teck, chaises en osier et grand parasol.
Son idéal pour l'hiver car il ya une grande cheminée ouverte avec les appareils de chauffage, plus d'isolement double vitrage dans les portes et les fenêtres.

Centre village est accessible à pied (15-20 min à pied)

Il ya une piscine couverte publique à 10 minutes à pied de la maison.

Petite voiture est recommandé
Accès: En raison de l'emplacement dans la périphérie, nous vous recommandons de louer une petite voiture.
Ce sera aussi la meilleure voiture lorsque vous essayez de trouver une place de stationnement dans les zones très centrées.

Le chalet, autant sur l'île, est basée sur un dépôt de grande eau. L'eau est suffisante pour une famille de 4 à vivre normalement pendant 2 mois (ayant des douches, en utilisant lave-linge, lave-vaisselle ... faire un bon usage de celui-ci)

A Majorque eau est précieuse si nous demandons à nos clients de conserver l'eau plaire

Jardin est arrosée par le jardinier, ainsi les pls ne vous arrosez pas.

Great vacation house, ,with lovely views.

The house is really fantastic, with greats views. very interesting for couples, is near of Soller, and confortable. I think so, is the village with the best views of mountains and Soller village.

Very lovely cottage

Sa Bleda is a beautifully converted cottage high in the hills surrounding Soller. It is very close to several footpaths and one can visit Soller, Puerta de Soller and Deia. We did not hire a car and transported heavy groceries by taxi from the supermarket. The restaurant at the bottom of the lane is special. Nothing has been spared in making this cottage exceptional. Veronica, who looked after us was excellent.She even recommended her hairdresser to me. Thank you Veronica!

Stunning views and good quality facilities

The property has the most wonderful views over Soller of the Tramuntana mountain range. The facilities were of very good quality, including kitchen equipment, large BBQ and TV (although we couldn't work out how to use the washing machine). Its is well positioned for easy access to walk the Soller- Deia footpath. The lane to the property is very narrow and would only take a very small car. A market is held each morning in Soller with fish, meat, bread and vegetables. Its a little too far to walk to Soller, but there is a restaurant at the bottom of the lane.

Beautiful accommodation in fabulous scenery

We stayed at Sa Bleda for one week and wished we had been able to book for a second. On arrival we were met by Veronica, who was really friendly and helpful. She escorted us to the property from the Palma-Soller road and gave us all the information we needed about Sa Bleda and the local area. Everything was as advertised and the weather was perfect, except for one day when it was a bit cloudy. Fortunately that was the day we spent mostly in the car exploring the north of the island! The site is in a superb location that was even better than we expected with the result that most evenings we ate outside and just sat out taking in the view over Soller with the Tramuntana fading into darkness in the distance. Sa Bleda is a perfect base for exploring the northwest of the island and the Tramuntana range, by foot or by car. If you hire a car though, make sure it's a small one as the road up to Sa Bleda is a bit tight. Both Soller and Port Soller are in within walking distance, with good facilities and adequate shopping, but because of the location, grocery shopping really does require a car. You can't just pop on foot to the local shop! We would recommend Sa Bleda to couples looking for a secluded hillside base and who enjoy walking, exploring and eating out. There are a good range of restaurants, particularly in Port Soller and although you can get the basics from the local Eroski, there are some high end food outlets in Soller as well. Overall, We're happy to give Sa Bleda 5 stars. The only things missing were some hooks in the bathroom and a kettle for tea!

Fabulous accomodation in a fabulous area

We were met in the local fuel station by the lovely Veronica who led us up to the casita (we'd never have found it on our own). She helpfully provided a map of the town and highlighted all the things we would need like the local supermarket, where to park, as well as places of interest etc. We hired a Seat Ibiza which, if I'm honest, was perhaps a little too large for my liking to get up the very narrow lane to the casita. Still, my husband did the driving and I closed my eyes! A smaller car would have been much better. The casita is very sweet and exactly as described. The kitchen equipment in the casita is of a high spec though being tea drinkers we would have appreciated a kettle rather than boil water in a saucepan or microwave. The views are absolutely stunning and it was lovely to see the sun come up behind the mountains and sit outside looking at the stars at night. Very relaxing. We mainly walked down to Soller itself and ate outside in one of the many local resturants in the square. The square is very picturesque and bustling with activity. From just up the road outside the train station there is a local tram which travels down through the citrus groves to the port of Soller. Again there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and it was lovely to see all the yachts moored up. The area was buzzing with life (and this was in mid October). By the way, the taxi from Soller or the port of Soller back to the bottom of the lane to the casita is 8 euros. The location is ideal for walking because there are several footpaths one can follow to different areas, though we tended to drive out towards Deia and pick up different footpaths from there. The wildlife, both flora and fauna were abundant and it was amazing to be in an area so short of water yet still very green. Although we didn't find out till later a sports shop in the port of Soller arranges guided walks which we perhaps would have liked to go on. There is a tourist information office (a converted train carriage) outside the train station, but we were very unlucky with the service we got from the grumpy chap manning the office on the occasion we went in. Perhaps he was having a bad day. He was so offish it made us laugh! Our advice would be to squeeze every last bit of information out of Veronica before she vanishes. She won't mind and is only a phonecall away. We had a fabulous stay in Soller at the casita - we would recommend it to anyone!

Don't judge a book by its cover!

The property looks fantastic from the outside, spectacular view, nice interior...it all would have been well if it wasn't for the owner. Our rep was very kind, everything was good until we got there. What you might not see at first sight from the pictures is that the roofs from the bedroom and bathroom are opened up until the roof of the casita - so you can virtually hear everything what goes on in there. In our situation it was our daughter sleeping in the bedroom who woke up everytime we were trying to watch a movie in the livingroom...just for everybody out there not wanting to hear what exactly is happening on the toilet soundwise..;o) Then there was the bed. Awfully loud to get in and out, again not a very good environment if you have a sleeping child. What was even worse was the comfort. My wife and I had some terrible backaches until we couldn't take it anymore and decided to move out. We booked the place for eight days and moved out after four. To my rational mind that would entitle us to half of our money back from the original amount. So we locked the place up and moved into a hotel and contacted the sales rep. We wanted our money back in exchange for the keys which we paid for in advance for eight days after all right? On the next day, nothing happened. Noboby called, left a message, nothing. The day after that our rep finally called and told us that the owner of the place was very angry. My wife speaks fluently Spanish so we called them directly. What happened then is something you expect from a good thriller, but not in real life: We were threatened to have the police after us if we wouldn't leave the keys right now. Even better: We were told to be thrown out of our hotel since the owner's husband is supposed to be some big shot in the local area (!!!). My wife started crying and it all went to hell. The sales rep then told us that we were accused of destroying the bed (good one!) and that we used up too much water (we filled a tiny childrens pool with water, never used the dishwasher, laundry machine, showered 3 times while were there total!). I just couldn't take it anymore since I had a very important job to do on Mallorca so we just brought back the keys and left it at that. We never got back a single dime, tried to go through holiday rentals but they weren't to interested in our story. The very committed sales rep offered us a free weekend in another casita sometime later this year if only we could afford the flights!

Its a pity that this serious site has decided to post this review as it is 100% false and not matching the web site guideliness for posting reviews. The first line is already showing it : re walls you can see on the advert, on AT LEAST 3 pictures that walls dont go to ceiling, its the design of the house and guests choosing us love our style The purpose of this review is not to help future guests its just a bad intentioned way to force an owner to give money back to a "guest" that made a real bad use of the property and its facilities, and whats even more sad is that it all happened because once in Mallorca they had the possibility to stay for free at one hotel ( where the "guest " was working for the week ). Since they knew that, they wanted to cancel the stay in the cottage and get their money back, which obviously we did not agree to do. They were welcome to leave but had to satisfy the total. They didnt like the rules, so they wasted water, broke items, sequestrated the villa keys and were menacing us. To summarize, and end this totally fake and bad intentioned story, I would like to say that we do not have to convince anyone that we have a good property, just have a look at our other reviews We always listen to constructive reviews, even criticism. We are not perfect and can always learn, for instance, thanks to our last guest to ask for some more hooks in the bathroom, they are ready to be placed. To all of you reading, have a nice day !

Bauernhaus mit Macken!

Wir haben in Mai 2015 in diesem "Kleinen Landhaus am Meer" mit Blick auf Soller eine Woche Urlaub verbracht. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dieser gemieteten Ferienwohnung und würden sie nicht wieder mieten. Laut Lagebeschreibung im Internet waren es 1,3 km. Die Ferienwohnung befand sich aber ganz woanders und war knapp 3 km von der Plaza entfernt. Ein Fußweg dauerte dann gut 40 min. Wir waren zu Fuß schneller in Port de Soller als an der Plaza in Soller. Das war schon einmal unsere erste große Enttäuschung. Von der Ferienwohnung hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und den Ort Soller. Die Terrassen um die Ferienwohnung machten beim näheren Hinsehen keinen guten Eindruck mehr. Um die Terrasse war das Gras mittlerweile schon sehr hoch gewachsen. Der ein oder andere Mieter könnte das auch noch als Blumenwiese bezeichnen. Wir emfanden es allerdings nicht mehr als schön. Auf der Terrasse an der Eingangsseite zur Ferienwohnung stand eine Sitzgruppe mit weißen Polstern und einem Glastisch. Hier konnte man am Abend ganz nett ein Glas Wein trinken. Allerdings die dazugehörigen Sonnenschirme waren schon sehr ausgefranst und nicht schön anzusehen. Unter dem großen Sonnenschutz stand ein verwitterter Holztisch mit verwitterten Holz- und Metallstühlen. Daneben ein verwitterter Holzsessel, an dem das Gewebe schon vollständig zerrissen war und eigentlich auf den Müll gehörte. Dahinter war dann eine Ecke an der alles Mögliche herum lag, was man im Moment nicht mehr brauchte. Alte Besen, alte Wasserschläuche, alte ausgefranste Sonnenschirme und einiges mehr. Für uns war das eine Müllecke. An der Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung, dort wo auch die schöne Sitzgruppe war, stand noch ein alter Grill herum, der wirklich nicht mehr schön anzusehen war und bestimmt schon lange Zeit kein Fleisch mehr gesehen hat. Die Küche im Haus war sehr gut mit Backofen, Mikrowelle u.s.w. ausgestattet. Allerdings war dagegen das Notwendige wie Tassen und Teller, sowie Besteck nur sehr notdürftig vorhanden und machten auf uns keinen hygienisch sauberen Eindruck. Das Badezimmer ist eigentlich ganz schön, wenn die Duschabtrennung ein wenig größer wäre. Da der Duschkopf sehr verkalkt war, spritzte das Wasser aus dem Duschkopf in alle Richtungen, so dass es nach dem Duschen, vor der Duschabtrennung immer sehr nass war. Man hatte wohl für dieses Problem einen kleinen Teppich hingelegt, der dann aber alles andere als hygienisch war.

Precioso.-

La casa es preciosa, un lujo haber pasado unos días allí, con calidades de primera, muy equipada, confortable y cómoda, a la vez que práctica. Su ubicación muy exclusiva, rodeado de naturaleza, tiene unas vistas inmejorables, de las montañas de la Tramuntana y de Sóller pueblo. Los atardeceres son hermosos, desde el jardín de la casa. Perfecta para ir andando al pueblo y al puerto, a éste último, se puede acceder por senderos de montaña, próximos a la vivienda. Ideal para parejas, nuestra estancia ha sido muy romántica y enriquecedora. Muy recomendable.

Superb!

Just back from a 10 day stay at this property - and we found it very difficult to leave. The cottage sits high on the hillside with fabulous views of the mountains and Soller but has the added advantage of being totally private. (Note : the Homeaway/ Google map has the property located about 1km from its actual position). Everything is very high spec, top quality. The bed was firm but very comfortable - and huge! Soller is the perfect place to explore the mountains and so this property made a great base for us, but it was always a pleasure to return in the late afternoon and put our feet up in the sun. If I had to change one thing....it would be to put a ceiling over the bathroom. Any sounds made can be heard all over the property and maybe the bathroom is the one room where a bit more soundproofing would be an advantage! We would definitely think about returning next year. (PS : the kitchen could do with a can opener).

Views Magnificent

We had a great holiday here since the property sits high up on the hillside overlooking the valley of Soller and the mountain range beyond. The cottage is well equiped, comfortable bed, good cooking facilities, and plenty of space to relax inside and out. The access to the property is tricky to find but I am sure would be ok with Veronica, (agent for the owner), leading the way. The track leading up to the property is very narrow with a 4ft ditch one side and a low stone wall on the other. Make sure you get a small Rental car! Good customer service provided by owner and agent while we were there following a little difficulty quickly resolved. Overall a great location to explore the region on foot, by car, on the tram or train.

Erholung pur-Ausblick Wahnsinn-Ausstattung perfekt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anreise und Übergabe der Schlüssel lief perfekt - Vero hat alles super organisiert. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet um sich im Urlaub richtig wohlzufühlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. In 30 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Söller oder in 30 Minuten ist man am Hafen bzw. Strand von Port Söller. Es ist zu empfehlen ein kleines Auto zu mieten, denn die Zufahrt ist sehr eng, jedoch für gute Autofahrer kein Problem. Bei der Anfahrt kann man aus dem Auto Zitronen von den Bäumen ernten. Man kann von der Finca aus auf den Hauptwanderweg nach Deia, Port Söller, Sa Calobra usw. wandern - herrlich. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder mieten.

Schönes Haus - mit Minus an die Verwalterin

Dieses Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage und wir haben die zwei Wochen geniessen können, fernab von dem normalem Tourismus auf Mallorca. Ein bedeutender Minuspunkt war, dass es mehrere, wenn auch nicht schwerwiegende Probleme, mit der Verwalterin gegeben hat. Nur eines möchte ich hier kurz erwähnen, dass wir 24 Std. ohne Wasser im Hause waren. Dies kann passieren....., nur wie das Problem gelöst wurde und mit welchen "Ausreden", hinterlässt leider einen nicht angenehmen Eindruck von dem Ganzen. Zu Empfehlen ist: erst am letzten Tag die Miete zu bezahlen. Ansonsten passiert es, wie man auf panisch sagt: se pasan de todo.

Dear all, I am delighted to run this property together with the owner. Our clients are always extremely satisfied and we never had a problem before, its very important that one, on arrival listen to the advice and rules on the property and, as long as the guest follows the house rules all runs smoothly. A very important thing one must be aware when visiting Mallorca is that we never have too much water, in fact most summer we are short of water. Some properties are based on a water tank, and this is the case of this property. Every client is warned on arrival that they must do a reasonable use of the water. The tank is very big, enough for a family to live 1 month but no if you leave a hose open for hours, as this client did. This was a very sad mistake they made, and thats why they run out of water. It was a Sunday and the man who delivers water doesnt work on Sunday as most of u will understand. The client should have called immediately on Sunday AM when he realised ( in that case I could have tried to ring as emergency and get a water truck ) but he didnt, he was expecting the water to come back, I can not see how. I am very sad to hear his comments, as he should have understood all was his fault and no one elses. They could have been requested to satisfy the full amount to fill the tank again but we did not. I just wanted to write back, and explain the truth. We look after clients always, but cant do miracles yet.
