The property itself was outstandingâpractically brand new, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with two complete sets of dishes and silverware. Having two dishwashers was a huge bonus. The rooms were spacious, dark, and very comfortable. We appreciated thoughtful touches like the alarm on the back door to alert us if someone (especially children) headed toward the pool. Bikes and beach chairs in the garage were also a great perk, and the location made beach access quick and easy. Unfortunately, the pool and whirlpool heating was a consistent issue. We paid extra for heat and even called ahead to confirm, but they were not heated upon arrival. The system is controlled on a timer by management, and despite multiple requests over several days, the temperature was never properly adjustedâoften the pool was warmer than the whirlpool. We asked for someone to come specifically check the temperature, but instead a pool cleaner arrived without notice, requiring us to exit the pool, and he informed us he was not there to address the heating issue, only to clean. By the final day, the whirlpool/pool were finally warm, but it came too late to fully enjoy. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided in the bathrooms (soap, shampoo, body wash), which would have been helpful. Overall, a beautiful home with great amenities, but the management of the property and communication could be improved.
