Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the home, and that the kids had a great time. We’re glad you were able to navigate the walk to the beach and make the most of your stay. We’d love to welcome you back for another fun getaway soon!

Wonderful guest! Would love to host them again!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re glad you loved the home and enjoyed your stay. As you mentioned, the golf cart route and wading across Eastern Lake is something that can happen occasionally, especially when rain moves through—the lake naturally opens to the Gulf during these times. The good news is that the water remains super calm and safe for all ages. We did provide additional information on plenty of other nearby public beach accesses, and we’re glad you were able to take advantage of those during your stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another great visit!

Thank you for your review, Kevin! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed the space. We would love to host you and your family again!

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the house and its great location. We also appreciate your understanding when a few things came up during your stay. We’re happy we could address the issues quickly and make sure everything was taken care of. We would love to welcome you back next year and hope to host you again for another wonderful stay!

Hi Kathi, thank you so much for your feedback! We are glad that you enjoyed the property and location. We have added a key fob for beach access directly across the street for all future guests! We hope to host you again in the future and deliver a 5 star experience. Happy Travels!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing Eastern Hideaway! We’re thrilled to hear your family enjoyed the home, the pool setup, and making memories together — that’s exactly what we love to hear. We appreciate your feedback about the beach access, especially for families with little ones. We’re glad the LSV made things easier! It’s also worth noting that Eastern Lake is one of South Walton’s rare coastal dune lakes — a truly beautiful and protected part of nature. These lakes naturally filter and refresh the surrounding waters, helping keep our beaches clear and clean. The calm, shallow outflow is also generally very safe for little ones to splash and play in. We’re so glad you had an excellent stay overall and hope to welcome you back for more beachside memories soon!
