▸ The kitchen has a beautiful backsplash with lovely quartz counters with full size stainless appliances..
▸All the pots & pans & supplies for cooking are provided.
▸Lounge in luxury in the bedroom featuring a queen bed. Bed linens are provided.
▸The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and features a bathtub and shower combination...all updated beautifully. 6 towel sets are provided plus soap and shampoo.

▸ There is an ice machine conventionally located in the 1st floor atrium in the middle of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is NO WHERE near this condo and you will not hear any noise.

2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers
