This home is beautiful, spacious, and very well-appointed, we felt lucky to find such an incredible space for a 1.5-week stay during the last stretch of our remodel. Itâs huge, spotless inside, and thoughtfully designed. The sunrise and sunset views were par none from the 2nd floor. It really seems like we were among the first guests.There were a few minor hiccups. We found some dog waste in the backyard, and the listing wasnât entirely accurateâŠthereâs no gym (but an additional bedroom), and while thereâs a washer, thereâs no dryer. We also had an unfortunate issue with the garage door release catching on our ski rack, which caused 900 car damage. When we reached out about the garage and the dryer, the property manager said she would look into it but never followed up.Despite these misses, the house itself is wonderful, and the neighborhood couldnât be more convenient for exploring Austin. With its fun lighting, karaoke setup, and tons of space, this would be an amazing home for two families or a group of friends. Overall, a great house â just note that communication and listing accuracy could be improved
