Family vacay 2025

We had a lovely stay! Condo was in a perfect location and was very spacious for our family. We had many nights at the large table playing cards and enjoying time together with laughter and fun. We highly recommend taking advantage of the kids under 16 golf free with an adult at participating golf courses on Myrtle beach golf.com! We also recommend the following restaurants: The Tasty Crab (nothing fancy but food was amazing); Riptydz (on N. Ocean Blvd), and our repeated favorite Hurricane Juel’s (in Little River). Even though, I was aware of the king size bed being two twins put together ahead of time, that and lack of water pressure in the showers would be our complaints!

4 day trip to myrtle beach

Over all the stay was good didn’t like I had to pay $300 for clean up and still was told had to wash everything all trash out n beds stripped I booked for 12 people and received 2 half rolls of toilet paper no soap to wash hands the king size bed is 2 twin beds pushed together the pool was great not i cold and the hot tubs outside was nice the beach across the street was great would I stay again yes

First Time In Myrtle Beach

I really have no words. It was my first time visiting Myrtle Beach. The only problem we had was trying to figure out how to access the property; but it only took about five minutes. Everything else was a complete breeze!! Nice, clean, comfortable. It really had that home feeling. Had a slight issue with the television and customer service was right on it. Will definitely stay again!!

Accomadations and location where good. Only issue was we had four people all playing in the Myrtle Beach World Amateur Golf Tournament all playing at different golf courses each day. Property only provides three parking permits. This caused a little inconvenience in the fact we had to find somewhere to park one of the vehicles off site each night and there was plenty of avaliable parking onsite during our stay. TV's definitely need an upgrade.

Needs Some Attention

The unit itself is very nice. The reason I would not recommend is due to the cleanliness of the unit and some other cosmetic issues and repairs that need attention. We arrived to find furniture damaged, loose and cracked floor tiles throughout the unit, dust in large amounts (especially under thebcoffe table in an easy to reach easy to clean area), and any time we walked barefoot in the unit the bottoms of our feet would instantly turn black. I’m not sure if this is an ownership, management, or housekeeping issue, but it needs to be addressed. The location and size of the unit is perfect and with a little attention to detail I would have easily given this property 5 out of 5. However, I can’t overlook and give a good review to a room that clearly isn’t being maintained as it should.

Pictures Are Deceiving

The units cleanliness upon arrival was not up to standard of anyone. There was sand everywhere, huge layers of dust on every surface, and every drain was extremely clogged with sand and hair. There were two separate areas of the floor which were broken in the living room and hallway, my one year old granddaughter cut her hand. Our fridge didn’t work for 3 hours, and the maintenance man did nothing but pull it away from the wall, which we could have been told. Their initial response upon arrival was “it takes awhile.” We had to contact at 11:30pm when all of our meat started getting warm. Maintenance was great, management not so much. Dishwasher leaked all over floor and ruined our belongings near table. Toaster did not work. The dishes left for use were the bare minimum. Not enough for a family. Would not recommend.

Condo is central to everything. It's a block from the beach. Plenty of space inside. Huge full kitchen, den, 4 Bedrooms, 3 bath, balcony overlooking pool. Property management is very responsive! Overall great place for family stay!

Nice looking condo.

The condo looked every bit as nice as the pictures. However, the king bed is not an actual "king" bed, but two doubles pushed together leaving a crack down the center of the bed. Not very comfortable. The kitchen looks nice, but the pots and pans are all scratched and scarred because the "non-stick" surfaces are all scratched up from using metal utensils in them. Vertical slats in the door shade are missing in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer have seen better days. The thermostat does not allow for much variation. The ice-maker works great!

Nice spot for our group

Nice spot for our 8 guys on a golf trip to Myrtle Beach. The location was great and the living room was big enough that we could relax and watch March Madness. Parking was easy and well lit (our group had 3 spaces). Only downside was a loud group across from us...but that can happen anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.
