Welcome to paradise! Friendly Native 102 is a stunning beachfront condo located on award winning St Pete Beach. Location, comfort and gorgeous décor are waiting for you here!

Enjoy this newly remodeled, bright, clean, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, GROUND FLOOR, end unit for your next beach getaway. Beach views from every window. The unit is tastefully appointed with a coastal color pallet, quality furnishings, and peace pouring in on sunshine beams.

The heated pool is right outside the front door with ample loungers, tables, and chairs for your enjoyment. The complex also has a common outdoor grill area.

This condo is fully furnished including two flat screen smart TVs, basic cable, private free fast WIFI, a five device charging station, newly updated kitchen with Corian countertop and stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, eat-in seating for eight and much more.

The unit is also stocked with linens, bath towels, books, games, beach towels, beach chairs. beach umbrella, drying rack, iron and ironing board
 Just bring your swimsuit and flip flops!

This vacation haven sleeps up to 2 people comfortably with 1 Queen bed. Vintage vibes with modern touches in the bathroom. A hair dryer is provided and travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner are available to start your stay.

Please note this is a NON-SMOKING, NO CANDLES, NO CHILDREN (under 13 y/o), and NO PETS/NO ANIMALS property. There will be a $300 additional cleaning fee if anyone is found smoking or any animals are in the condo.

An electronic parking pass is included for the duration of your stay. Metered beach parking is available for additional vehicles. Meters are free from 8PM - 8AM.

Hogan beach house stay

This is our second time at the same property, that alone should tell you how we feel about the property and the owner. As it was last year check in was a breeze l, getting the parking pass was a breeze and th le cleanliness of the place was great. Great place right on the beach

Beautiful little condo. Perfect for 2. They thought of everything. It was right across the parking lot to the beach and had everything you would need; chairs, towels umbrellas. Even noodles and kickboards for the pool which wad a nice break from the beach on the busy weekends. Communication was great.

Perfect Location

The condo was very clean, well equipped, and looked exactly as shown in the photos. The host was excellent to communicate with and even took care of a parking ticket for us! We had everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach. It was a short walk across a parking lot to the beach and several bars/restaurants were a short walk down the beach.

Property is very clean. Pool is heated and very clean. Condo is spotless, completely redone, very cute and has everything you need. the owner even leaves some snacks and bottled water. We have stayed in 2 of her units and highly recommend them to everyone!

This condo is right out of HGTV! It is so well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need! Loved the area. So many places to be able to walk to, Lori the owner is very easy to get a hold of and very nice! Definitely planning on coming here again!!

Condo/host First class stay!

What can you say about 7 awesome days @ Lori’s condo. If you book don’t go to the store on your way in until you see what you don’t need buy! This host had coffee bottled water condiments a basket of snacks from popcorn to cookies and crackers. She had suntan lotion a fully stocked vanity sink with toiletries. The 2 Tommy bahama beach chairs beach umbrella and beverage cooler were awesome! Beach towels and bath towels to the awesome location. Lori was quick to respond as Host. I will go back again.

Amazing Condo, Best Location!

Lori's condo is amazing - and she is a fantastic host! This one bedroom unit is so clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with supplies and beach items. We enjoyed the beachy decor and all of the high quality furnishings. The pool is right outside the door and the beautiful beach is just a few steps away. Also convenient to have the Paradise Grill across the street - great breakfast and lunch menus! We look forward to staying here again!
