There are 6 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own smart TV! You'll find 4 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed & private ensuite bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms on this floor have 1 king bed in each, as well. The fourth bedroom on this floor has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) with a slide, air hockey, pop-a-shot basketball, foosball, and arcade games!

Downstairs, the fifth bedroom has one king bed & the sixth bedroom has two queen beds.

This home has 3 full bathrooms. The upstairs master ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and shower/tub combo. Right down the hall, the second bathroom has 1 sink, a toilet, and shower/tub combo.

Downstairs, the third bathroom (accessible from the game room) has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

The kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining area is spread across the kitchen/living areas: one table seats 8, another (in the breakfast nook) seats 4, and the kitchen island countertop seats 4 more (+ more dining space on the back deck, right off the kitchen).

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool Pass: You would need the Pool Card AND pay $6 per guest, per day. The pool card confirms that you are a welcome guest, however, it does not make the pool free.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
1. NOISE
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
2. PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
3. OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires.
- No unattended fires.
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
4. ALCOHOL
- No open containers on roads or in common areas.
5. PETS
- Leash always required when outside.
- Clean up after your pets.
6. TRASH
- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
